Our 15 year old Vulcan Gas water heater died this week in Langwarrin and within 24 hours of exchanging messages on the phone, Bill and his apprentice replaced / upgraded with Aquamax G390 stainless Steel tank Gas heater. Quote was free and very competitive , compared to companies like Rheem. Another company wanted $39 for a quote alone!!!

Bill went above and beyond my expectations. Rang and kept me in the loop if he needed to reschedule, completed work straight out of hospital when he didn't need to and always informed me of costs before going ahead with works. Completed work was well done. Would use him over any other plumber.

Less than 24 hour turn up. Did a first class job of installing a new hot water system. Took their time and did it properly. No rush in, grab money and go with this business. I will use them for all my plumbing needs from now on. Highly recommend.
