I had a positive experience with Abrar at Fone King (Westfield Sydney, 184 Pitt St.). He really went above and beyond to assist me with attaching the screen protector to my phone, which was a tricky task due to the specs of that particular screen protector. Abrar's dedication is a great reflection of his professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service. I give Abrar 5 stars.

This was an absolute disaster from start to finish.1. Was told it would take 1 hour. 2.5 hours later it’s still not finished.2. When it was finished, they hadn’t fixed the issue with the phone not charging. I had to leave the phone as we had a flight to catch.3. Returned 2 weeks later and the phone still not fixed.4. $368 later and the phone is finally working again.5. They try and sell you everything under the sun instead of what you need done.All in all I truly awful experience. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want your phone fixed in a timely and efficient manner.

I booked to get my Apple Watch fixed after they fixed and replaced the screen, it worked only a day and my days became a nightmare as I have to call them to get it fixed and every times my Apple Watch got fixed it’s only a few days and it stopped working completely again.I got my Apple watch fixed last time and ended up my Apple Watch was dead not working at all. I raised complaint to the Area Manager and He was really unpleasant and He refused to fix it. Such a horrible experience for me to be treated badly and they refused to give refund back. I lost money and my Apple Watch was not working (dead) completely.

Very conveniently located kiosk in Pitt Street mall. I’ve made use of their services a few times and the staff have always been super helpful and friendly.Also, over the last few years, the other stores around it have been closing, but the Fone King store really lifts the energy in what has become an otherwise very quiet part of the centre, which Westfield should be very grateful for.Definitely visit if you need something.

Had my IPhone 13 Pro Max screen fixed within 2 hrs as there were already other phones there to be fixed. Also had a screen protector put on and free camera protector installed too. A plus!Excellent customer services especially by Max. He was amazing, made everything easy and had a great personality. He fixed my phone to perfection. Can’t comment on the service, but the staff are amazing.The person working today saw we were lost and kindly (and very effectively!) gave us directions and support. Absolutely beautiful human.Hope the products and technically service provided is as good as the customer service because that’s on point!!❤️

I have been a customer of Fone King Sydney for number of years. The guys were always super helpful, professional and they were always resolving all my issues. I bought again a case for my new phone and the screen protector in the Fone King. Regrettably, the screen protector started to move up, it went over the phone, became dirty and I struggle to use my phone to it is full capacity. The manager of the shop Riri put it for me when I bought it. The issue with the screen protector was getting worse and worse over the months but I did not have time to deal with it. So I came back asking her to replace it a couple of week ago. I work in the city so I came shortly after 17.00 and I could see she was wrapping up the shop. I showed to her my screen protector, she saw that it was faulty but I did not have a receipt with me. I advised her that I can look up the payment on my credit card but she said please come back tomorrow and I will fix it up for you. I was reasonable and understanding as I could see that Riri was going to close the shop and go home. So I decided to come back another day with a receipt. I was at the weeding after that and I could not take selfies because the screen protector was faulty, dirty and it was blocking my front camera. So I removed it and because I was at the ceremony I did not have any bags etc with me to keep it so I had to dispose the faulty screen. I came back to the shop today with a receipt as requested by manager Riri and she asked me to show the screen protector. I advised her that I had to dispose it as it was basically rubbish. I advised her that I did not know that I had to keep it. I also said to her that she did not tell me to keep it when I spoke to her last time. In my view Riri was very pushy, she said to me that she is a manager, she was not trained like that, she did not say to me anything and let's not argue here. Riri was very unprofessional and she basically accused me telling her the lie. She also mentioned that every memory is different" which is a very strange statement from a person who handles complains and requests in respect of the faulty products. I assume she has number of customers and probably does not remember what she said to me. However

Feel like being tricked. Didnt know that my mew phone screen was protected with a protector, the girl didnt say anything about it and just peeled off the original film and applied a new screen protector on. Absolutely deceiver!
