Went to the beautiful Red Rocks for the first time over the weekend. Winter so quieter than I imagine it gets in the hot season. Went to the shop for a bite for lunch. Ordered a veggie burger and a potato scallop.The potato scallop was one of the best I have ever had, wondrous and not in the least fatty which is so often the case.The veggie burger was excellent with what I reckon was a home made pattie of a mashed potato and veggie mix. Very nice and of course all the usual burger trimmings. Fresh and great.A bloke complained about his fish and chips at the place we were having our burgers.. Geez the portion was so big I nearly couldn't eat it all but I did it was so nice!" That says it all. The woman serving was very pleasant

Very rude staff. Saw the lady yell at 2 people in the 5min we were there.Including going off at me to put a mask on (I forgot i had to), while she wasnt wearing it properly anyway. I went to hand my husband the drink to buy before walking out the shop to get a mask and she yelled at me again to get a mask before I pay for something.We were going to walk out, but decided to order, when we realised they didn't do grilled fish (only battered) so we left anyway. We're now locals, but we will not be returning to that shop. It's not hard to he nice to people and have a bit of customer service.

One of our favourite places for seafood and a great fish and chips or huge hamburger and chips. Very friendly people.

Horribly slow - waited almost an hour for one single plutopup. After all that waiting, we got an insincere apology and they forgot to put any salt on it :(The girl taking orders didn't know much about the menu either when I asked what a cornjack was, she just told me I don't know" and stood there. The young guy in the kitchen was lovely though."

We have holidayed at Red Rock for more than 30years and have always found this shop well stocked and great people to deal with, the staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. The food is first class, looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks time. Bill & Gail.
