RISE Maroochydore by Realty Services Group

The 3 bedroom Unit was perfect for our family stay over an extended weekend. Conveniently positioned close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The reservation ladies were very friendly and offered wonderful assistance in the booking process. We will definitely return to Rise Apartments and Highly Recommend it.

4 Bedroom Penthouse: The views are brilliant and the balcony is a highlight. Good layout and overall a nice place to stay.The unit needs some maintenance. Nothing major but things like the toilet roll holders were all loose and the roller blind chains were loose so rattled in the breeze when had the huge balcony doors are open.The omission of a Microwave was inconvenient.Overall a very impressive unit, but let down by a few silly things.

Loved it! The apartment was great together with all the accessories provided. The location was also great. The only downside for us was the traffic noise when the windows were open ,but obviously Rise cannot do anything about that.

Everything was great right up until the room was paid for in full then the nightmare started. After discovering there was only 2 pillows in the room management was contacted to supply a further 2 pillows and I was accused of having more people stay in the room than were booked and threatened with eviction, then we were sitting on the gutter of the first floor enjoying the view and management barged into the room without warning telling us we were evicted then proceeded to call the police to escort us out on the first night. furthermore we were denied a refund of any of the 3 nights paid for therefore keeping the sum of $900 and proceding to rebook new guests for that same room for the period already paid for. without a shadow of a doubt the worst place I've stayed, would not recommend

Gorgeous property, the apartment has everything you could want to cook up a storm, comfortable, clean and modern design with a great lay out and location. Views of both the river and the ocean and a magic sunrise! Pool and BBQ facilities available. Loved our stay - Thank you so much wish we could have stayed longer.
