I like visiting the store but the online experience is cumbersome and unhelpful. At the very least the option to search would save scrolling through hundreds of irrelevant products.

My wife visited this shop this morning. A small dog barked continuously while she was in the shop, and no service was offered to assist my wife. The business is now permanently excluded from our list.

A very rude and unhelpful staff member today who refused to leave the counter to help me and I was the only customer in the shop. I was told to look myself as everything was mixed up!!!I definitely won't be going back or recommending this business, very disappointing

Been here several times as it is close and convenient. A great collection of Patons/Cleckheaton/Katia and to my delight a fantastic selection of Noro yarns. Also stocks knitpro needles and accessories. Owner is nice and lets me browse undisturbed which is fine by me. My only critique is the website which could do with a refresh.
