After a series of foolish and naive choices, I found myself calling Potts Lawyers at 1am on a Wednesday morning in 2019. I spoke to Erin Mitchell, who went on to represent me in what would become the most stressful period of my life to date. On our second meeting, Erin told me to leave all my stress and anxiety with her and to instead focus my efforts on my rehabilitation. I was a first timer offender; I have not offended again since. Not only was Erin able to have the number of criminal charges against me reduced by half, I was able to walk free from the Supreme Court after being granted immediate parole on a 3 year prison sentence. Erin was honest and upfront throughout the entire process, incredibly patient with me and she genuinely cared about my outcome. She is the absolute best in the business! We have been working with Chris and Craig for nearly 18 months now. They have been super helpful, super professional and 100% honest, which sooooo helps. They have represented our firm excellently and I would recommend them every day of the week and TWICE on Sundays.

Would not recommend. A lot of money expended for non quality service and limited communication. Have been to court self represented and received an outcome far less than the custodial sentence touted in every communication from Potts law, wasn’t even on the cards according to the magistrate! Still waiting for my statement of account 72 hours after requesting it, won’t be holding my breath whilst I wait for it.
