This place is absolutely joke! Their quality is below minimum. I've had Thai massage & foot reflexology hundreds of times in Thailand, Australia and other countries. This time I only tried foot reflexology for 60 minutes, but thank god I didn't go to body massage as I realized how bad their quality is. 'After this bad experience, I immediately spoke to a few of my local friends who work at mall and they told me that I should ask them before I visited as they've been to this place before and NONE of them satisfied. They recommended me a couple of other places in Warringah Mall & Brookvale area. I am very much disappointed and wasted money. I should stick to my regular place where offer outstanding quality of massage. Never again this place same as some other people I know.

I’ve been coming here regularly for years and every single time the service is consistent, the massage is always perfect in pressure and consistently good, the hot stone massage is amazing, an extra special touch that not many other places do. I always feel like a million dollars afterwards, and love coming back for a recharge every month

Service is good and the masseuse is firm but gentle. It wasn’t too painful compared to my previous experience somewhere else. I just wish she focused more on my back and shoulder which is what I’ve pointed out at the start. Nice cup of tea after.

My husband had purchased a gift voucher for a remedial massage at Nara, Warringah Mall for Christmas last year. I finally got time off work to use it today and it was amazing! I didn't get a chance to catch the lovely young lady's name who took care of me but she was so accommodating and left me walking out of there feeling a million bucks. She asked my concerns prior to getting under way and was so courteous the whole appointment. I will be back for sure! Thank you :)
