KFC Maroochydore. Worst kfc on the sunshine coast. Orders are alway wrong. Never right. This time they forgot half our order. Won,t answer there phone when ringing them to complain. Staff very rude. I give 0 star. Won,t ever be going back.

Chips were hot but probably could do with a little more frying. Pieces of chicken were tiny and looked nothing like what was on TV. Service was good considering there was only one poor girl at reception.

Placed an online order, clicked we're here. Waited 30 minutes because it was busy only to find they didn't have our order. Had to ask and then they put it through manually. Another 30 minutes later we got our food. 1 hour wait. Great.

By order dident just look like it , it had been just thrown into the bag , burgers looked like a 2 year old had wrapped them . Burgers were cold as the filling still had ice on it , chips cold as usual. Dident even both trying to salvage any thing from the $35 order just binned the lot . Never again , my own fault for being to lazy to cook .

Possibly the worst KFC I've ever eaten. Got the wrong order - that's on me, I didn't check before I left.Happy to eat whatever box I did get, chicken on burger was dry, bacon rubbery and chewy.The extra chicken in the box was dry, barely room temperature and mostly crumb.

Food was cold burgers and chips, water wasnt even cold. Depressed customer service. Menus were not on. Guy walked away when we approached the counter to complain

Holy Hanna! I don't know if they have reduced the amount of flavour" in the frozen drinks or if they just ran out but for me it tasted more like ice.Service was slower then I've ever had and the staff were more interested in joking about.Could ba a isolated incident but I'm not going back to find out."

For people that are complaining that the food is bad, what did you really expect, a 5 star dining experience? like yes you don't want soggy chips, messy burgers but its fast food.

My partner and I made an online order and we received our order far from fresh and accurate. We asked for extra salt on all fries and got no salt. We ordered a hashbrown and it was missed from our order, I added bbq sauce on my burger which was also missed. The chips were about half full, and we didnt even finish our burgers because of how old the cheese and chicken tasted. I tried to call the store to make a complaint but no response. Super disappointed
