O'Brien® AutoGlass FyshwickJob was done in Dec 2022 - front windscreen replacementThe off-site technician was unprofessional, the job was done very poorly, and it was obvious that he required more training. Attention to detail was not paid, and care should have been taken during and after the job, such as protecting the car dashboard. car trim were damaged during installation, and he did not replace the missing broken trim during his job, and the car dash was left dirty for me to clean.After complaining, the trim was replaced and the dash was cleaned, but the job was not done as the original trim was still loose and often came out, and I had to push it back in every time. Now some of the trim that was reused came off and flew away during driving, and I have to buy a new replacement for it because the car looks bad with it. The job was done in December 2022, and now it is April 2023, and the trim is falling apart due to poor workmanship.The customer care team seems to care, but they need to ensure that an untrained technician is not sent to do the job until he or she is competent in their skills so that someone else is not left with a bad job.

They came within the first 40 mins of my booking time, were quick and polite and looked like good repair of my chipped windscreen. I got through my insurance so I had no choice but I was happy with the work.

The folks here are excellent.And their work is spot on with incredible attention to detail.Because of potholes and a decent dose of average luck, I've managed to get through 3 screens in the last 18 months.Wouldn't go anywhere else.(But let's hope I can go a year without another boulder being flung at me!)

Jobs are done within time frame and consultants are good

They quoted me 6 to 8 weeks to replace my windscreen (I don’t own a unique car) !!! Booked in with another company less than a week

Got a windscreen chip repair and the whole process was pretty ordinary, would not go there again.I called up for a quote and originally quoted $199 for the job, then after saying I was going to shop around a bit more they mentioned they had a 20% offer happening and would do it for $159. I said I would still call around. That evening they called back and offered to do it the next day for $129. I accepted the quote at this point.When I got the car back after the repair though, the chip was poorly filled in and incredibly visible. Really poor job for the amount I paid for a quick job.

Excellent service! These guys are easy to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. Craig came to our place to get the windscreen replaced within 40 minutes. He does an excellent job! Highly recommended.
