Crystal is super accommodating, and the salon itself is a very relaxed atmosphere.Super easy to talk to and explain what you're after, also will offer suggestions where she feels they may be warranted.Crystal did a great job of repairing a HORRIBLE cut I had received from another franchise salon, and is also really good with colour and corrections!Her knowledge and experience definitely show through in the work that she does.Very welcoming with kids, and can be trusted to handle their hair needs too. :)

When I first went to Crystal my hair was so damaged by a previous hairdresser it put me to tears. After having your hair badly damaged by a PROFESSIONAL, it makes you not want to go to someone you don't know. My friend recommended me to Crystal and I will never go to any other hairdresser again, not only does she do an amazing job but her prices are insanely cheap in comparison to those high end salons. 9/5 recommend, you wont regret it.

Crystal is a gem! She was recommended to me by a colleague and what a treat indeed! Not only did she take the time to walk me through the options but she was also patient in hearing me out and recommended me stuff that she thought would be good for me! She did not rush and was totally fabulous! I was very happy with what she did for me and would definitely recommend her to others.
