Super dissapointing service. We called the company to make a date for a quote, they cancelled at the last minute. They then made another date to quote - cancelled again!! (On a Saturday, when we changed our plans to ensure we could see them) On both occasions they were too busy with other jobs to give us a quote. It is disappointing to hear later, from others, that PAC carpentry don't like to travel to the North side of town." If only they'd said that when we first rang- we would not have wasted our time.We were keen to support a local business (and they came highly recommended) but due to poor organisation

Very disappointing...don't waste your time. It's been over TWO MONTHS and I am still waiting on a quote. If PAC was too busy I would have appreciated Peter telling me so, instead of the weekly excuses I got. Very, very disappointing

Nothing was easy with this company. Friendly, but very unreliable. I definitely wouldn't go with them again. They forgot my initial appointment, rescheduled several times and always seemed to be running late.

PAC Carpentry did a fabulous job installing a new kitchen, working around existing air conditioning pipework and building new vanities in the bathroom. They were flexible, responsive and finished the job in an amazing time to ensure tenants had minimal disruption. I'm so pleased with the result and so thankful for their services. The finish looks great and they even organised painters/patches so did all the touch ups needed. The planning and organisation went very smoothly. They started and finished on time. I highly recommend PAC and will definitely be using them again!

Had a very positive experience with these guys last year - they designed and installed a new wardrobe fit-out in my son’s room. I was extremely happy with the professionalism and attention to detail at every step along the way. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and friendly, they listened to what I wanted, did the job well & cleaned up after themselves. The supervisor rang to make sure I was happy with the job the lads were doing. Can’t ask for more than that!

Measured incorrectly, didn't have plans when arrived a day late to install. Half day job took over a week to complete. Poor workmanship and communication. Wouldn't recommend.

We have used PAC for several custom-designed home renovation projects over the past few years, including a full kitchen rebuild, and a home bar, complete with beer on tap (I am a home brewer).There were ups and downs and misunderstandings and hic-cups along the way, as are unavoidable in a project of that magnitude, but PAC were thoroughly professional throughout, and worked closely with us to resolve all issues as they arose and realise our vision for our home.
