Excellent fresh meat. Bulk purchases common but the small buyer well cared for. Of you cant use the full pack ask for less. Equally if you need more than the standard pack ask and it shall occur.Well stocked with dog bones in many sizesGreat staff.

We bought meat from Big Country Meats for the first time, a couple of months ago, sausages, steak, kievs, filos & lamb roulette with ham, cheese shallots & mushroom, everything was amazing, until we tried the lamb roulette, looked perfect in the air fryer.Although, sadly, the meat was so fatty , no taste & minimum cheese.We could not eat it..Maybe I didn't cook it right. 30mins from thawed?Just a tad disappointed with that one.

Been buying our meat from here for 10 years. Never been disappointed. Staff are amazing. Dont pass buy the freezer section either. Pluto pups, veggie patties and fish cakes, all made the old fashion way and remind me of my childhood. If you need anything in particular, the staff a very helpful, nothing is a problem.

Best butcher to see if you have a specific need, anything from pigs heads to dry aged beef.I cook a lot of slow cooked meet, smoking and sous vide. They always have what I need or will buy in the very odd request
