Recently purchased the concrete dining table and small outdoor side table. Both products of great quality, look awesome and at very affordable prices. Excellent friendly customer service from Trinh who was extremely helpful from the very start and until after delivery. The items were shipped out quickly and the delivery guys were great and very careful in assembling. Very happy!

I purchased the VON 2.5 seater sofa in tan leather and I love it! It’s very comfortable and the quality is excellent. I live in Sydney so was apprehensive about buying online, however the Nordik team were great at organising a virtual showing for me from the showroom, which really helped me understand what I was buying. Customer service throughout was great, the delivery fast and very reasonable cost and dropped straight into my living area. I couldn’t be happier. Hope you can open in Sydney soon!

I bought four Filip dining chairs from Nordik. The chairs are well made, great quality and a good price, I'm very happy with my purchase. Picking up the chairs from the warehouse was easy to arrange and the gentleman attending very kindly (and carefully) helped me load them into the car. Looking forward to purchasing from Nordik again.

Great online buying experience, the team were really helpful on the online chat and helped me select great pieces. They even recommended that I had bought one piece too many and advised me to remove it. The furniture was delivered 2 days after purchase by 3 very helpful guys that assembled it all and took all the packaging away. The quality is great and overall I am really happy with NordikLiving. Highly recommended.

The best service from an online business that I have received. From my initial email asking about different size tables Nordik have gone above and beyond by providing multiple pictures of the tables I was asking about as well as pictures of some other items I was also interested in.One of the items was out of stock which they advised when I was ordering and asked me if I wanted to wait or just go ahead with the in-stock items.Now, the best way to judge a business is when something isn't quite right. In this case, one of our chairs was quite wobbly. I emailed Nordik and they had a new one shipped out within 20 hours of my email and have arranged for the courier to pick up the wobbly one, no problems.Overall a very positive experience, the furniture looks absolutely awesome, great communication and problems fixed so easily. I will recommend them to others and will be ordering more in the future from them.

BUYER BEWARE!Shocking company. Delivered faulty goods and accepted no responsibility (claimed I must have done it). They then said they would send a ‘care kit’ out for me to try and repair the fault myself – but surprise, surprise it never arrived.And faults aside, the quality is generally just so so bad! The cheap, thin concrete clearly damages easily … also looks like it is already discolouring from rain after only a month. Generally just really cheap quality – better to go to Freedom or Early Settler as at least they address customer concerns and issues.Avoid this store at all costs!

Theses guys are absolutely awesome, I cannot speak highly enough about them. The quality of the concrete table I bought exceeded my expectations & delivery from Melbourne to our Queensland home was incredible within two days.Unfortunately and not Nordik Living's fault the freight company had loaded it incorrectly and cracked the top.This is what makes separates a quality supply company from the competition. Not only did they honor the initial purchase discount they provided free delivery with that purchase, but what blew me away was the replacement table. It was Christmas and the busiest time of year and the table had to be freighted 1,800kms. I was under no illusion that I should expect the table mid January. Well Nordik Living (Sam) and the team had it here by 23rd of December. I could not be happier and it looks fantastic.Thank you Sam and all the Nordik Team we will be back for more soon....Best online purchase experience ever
