Always wash your own car unless you service your car by a dealership, they tend to provide that additional service at no extra cost.You pay a certain amount at these car wash but the service does not match the brand/company name.

Got my car washed inside and out although it was a basic wash. I still paid $35 for it so I expected the job to be done well. Still found old tissues in the bin compartment. Dust and hair in the drivers seat side compartment. And this is twice in a row I've been disappointed. Definitely never going back.

If they think a clean car is a car with soap streaks all over it cloudy windows and heaps of armarol all over the interior and then have a hide to charge $65 when you ask for a express wash but they change the docket to a deluxe wash znd I was the silly one that didn't check my docketA real snow job never going again

The worst car wash in Sydney. Save your money and do not go to this car wash !Charged me $65 Deluxe Wax Car Wash including amorald for my RAV4 2016. The dash door's trims were not even dusted and mud still in the door seals. Very dissapointed with my car wash service.This car wash has no idea for attention to detail for customer satisfaction. When I brought this to the team leaders attention, I politely showed him the poor quality. He became very rude and advised me to go to another car wash.After they wash the car, they park it in a dark area and as customers we are unable to see the quality of the car wash.The only good thing, my car was done in 18 minutes, faster than Usain Bolt for $65.

Absolutely appalling clean. Paid $100 For premium car wash and wax. Its a joke. Was not even vacuumed at the back and had dirt on the back of car. I hadn't realised it until I came out into the daylight. Save your money and don't go hete

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. I purchased the best wash they offer at a “discounted price” and the leather interior and seats were left dirty with smudges all over. The floor was left dirty and the rims weren’t washed properly. My car is quite new and I keep it in good condition, so I am very surprised that they weren’t able to deliver a simple vacuum, wash and polish. I would have even expected a better job if I purchased the basic wash. Save your money and steer clear of this place!

Very very disappointed with this service. I usually go somewhere else which are $15 dollars cheaper. The car mats still had soooo much water as if it was a puddle. The polish marks where still on my car.. and the list goes on!! $15 more for the worst service. Never bringing my car there again!!!

One of the worst car wash, veryyyy expensive he got $48 for washing my small car but the problem was that he cannot clean from inside just wash outside for $48My car became more dirty after they wash it, westfield should close them down

Not even worth 1 Star. $55 and asked specifically for the car to be vacuumed and wiped down on the inside . It’s not till I drove out of the carpark and was in the daylight to see that they had even wiped down the dashboard. Absolute rip off .

The worse car wash ever went to. Never take your car there. Went yesterday to was my car left with a flat tire and they broke a piece of my merc mind u 2017 model and put it in the glove box like nothing happened.. well guess wat going bak there today to throw them the bill of damage.
