I purchased a car through Josh from these guys. Josh was amazing right from the outset of my enquiry. He answered all questions promptly, and was more than helpful. When I collected the car yesterday it was in pristine condition, Josh handled the paperwork easily and quickly and given I had travelled up from Sydney he was a breath of fresh air compared to some Sydney dealers. F3 Motor Auctions and Josh get my 5 Star review because they deserve it. We will be buying our next car from them for sure, but I’ll make sure it’s Josh I deal with.

Buyers beware. DO NOT but cars from this company. They are the biggest crocks there are. This guy name Ben Russel sold my mum a lemon that should not have been sold. A broken drivers seat which is a rego defect and engine that has now needed to be replaced $5,000 laterOn top of that Ben NEVER gave my mum her trade in money either. He was to interested in going on holidays at the time.

Drove 4 hours to look at a car that was described as good body and interior when arrived paint was completely ruined and interior looked like it had been used as a dog kennel with parts missing.Please describe your vehicles properly to save someone else the same problem.

Josh helped with my purchase of a new car from another state and was very communicative, sending detailed photos of the car as well as organizing finance through a broker. He even gave me a rough trade-in valuation of my car. The whole process was done within a week and when I turned up to pick up the car, after I inspected it and my trade-in was inspected, paperwork was signed and I drove away with my new care within half and hour. Ben helped facilitate the paperwork on the day, but I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. Very happy with the new car!!!

Have just purchased a car from these guys without actually viewing or test driving the car, Josh was so helpful the whole time answering any questions I had also helped with getting the car delivered to me. I am soo happy with my new vehicle couldn't thank them enough! ☺️

Excellent customer service from Ben. Very helpful and friendly Salesperson. Theshowroom is a must see. The Cars are presented in A1 conditions. It's a absolute pleasure to walk around and shop for a car. I highly recommend F3 motor auctions for your next car purchase. Well done everyone

DO NOT consider their vehicles unless you are on a REALLY tight budget and don't care about your driving experience. I initially spent 20k on a vehicle, but later had to spend an additional 5k to replace broken parts. Their mechanics are highly unreliable and have no qualms about lying to your face regarding the roadworthiness of the vehicle. Unfortunately, Fairtrading isn't of any assistance in this matter. Nathan, the manager, simply denies everything, allowing them to evade any responsibility. Once the transaction is complete, you won't be able to resolve any issues unless you take your case to a tribunal. I gave up, they won. I don't have the time to continue this BS. Feel free to visit their garage and see for yourself, but if you notice any broken parts, it's best to walk away. Problems are like roaches; if you spot one, there are likely five more hiding under your seat. Fixing them will cost you a fortune. The total expense would enable you to purchase a vehicle from normal dealerships in better condition and with better mileage. The receptionist at the local service center warned me, DO NOT trust anyone from motor auctions." I paid 25k to learn this valuable lesson

Sold us a lemon that didn't last two months. No warranty as that would have cost even more money on top of the premium they were charging for the vehicle. Their in house mechanics are either incompetent or shonky. Car is full of issues that any trained mechanic would have picked up for a road worthy certificate, but they swept it under the rug, to pull a fast one. if I could give zero stars I would.
