I used to work for dominos up northThe staff are supposed to ask customers if they would like deep pan or classic crust.The staff member who took my call did not ask that and presumed I wanted classicI asked them if they could remake and they did but I also asked for a garlic bread free as the staff member did not ask me what type of base I would like.I strongly suggest not going to this store and go to calamvale as there customer service is much better.

if I could leave 0 stars I would worst pizza in Australia. pizza is raw everytime. I tried to get my money back even sent them photos of the raw pizza, and they still told me it was cooked to their stand

The thin and crispy cheese pizza and the gluten free vegetarian were both burnt on the outside and raw inside and after being made 1 minute before we arrived they were stone cold and the other cheese pizza had virtually no cheese and was poorly made but I guess the unburnt part of the pizza was fine

Aside from not looking appetising, my cheesy garlic w creme fraiche pizza tastes like dough and cheese. Cant taste any garlic or the creme in it. Didnt end up eating cause it just taste awful. I guess i'll let the pepperoni pizza a slide even if its done badly. Domino's ruined my craving moment lol

The past two times we have got dominos pizza and garlic bread it has been undercooked/ soggy/ doughy and burnt. The pizza order was wrong and there was a hair in the pizza. They also took ages to deliver it. Now most of the foods went to waste and we payed a decent amount for it. Sick of big companies ripping off customers.

Going by our last 2 experiences, they've dropped the ball severely. When my husband arrived to collect the last order, they informed him that there was no cheesy garlic bread but only normal garlic bread, we ordered a ham and cheese pizza and a supreme pizza. Both were burnt, the ham and cheese was bubbled (almost the same height as the garlic bread) and the supreme was the wrong pizza (definitely wasn't supreme). We have been emailed a voucher to replace the meal.

Thee absolute worst Domino’s store in Brisbane! Our last order was beyond being edible as the crusts were so burnt it crumbled.Then we preordered a delivery tonight that never came, waited over an hour and nothing. Called the store twice, the 1st time they said it’s on its way, the 2nd time they said it’s already been delivered & despite me telling them that nothing has arrived, they keep insisting that they have.

Ordered 1 pizza, shop is only a 10-15min drive from my house. An hour and a half later, still no pizza. App said the pizza had been delivered. After calling the store a handful of times and after them putting me on hold twice I finally spoke to someone who lied about the delivery time. So I just asked for a refund that’s going to take 4 days to come back to me?!? Customer service from this shop needs major attention.
