Great advice, friendly service and fair prices! They were very helpful with installation and made sure I got my alternator checked out by an autoelec before selling me a deep cycle/crank battery.

Do not go here!! No tools to take battery out or undo terminals, touched both negative and positive with the spanner burning his hand a little. Absolutely no idea and discusting customer service walking away and leaving tools saying fix it yourself. No jumper leads to get me going to go to a decent shop which I did do and were more than happy to help all sorted in 20 minutes.. Totally appalling service!

Not great. Guy couldn't work out how to test my batteries and I had to explain everything multiple times. He said I should book an auto electrician. Went to Ballarat Battery Service straight after and they had no issues at all and provided an awesome service.

If it's convenience you want for a new battery for your car then this is the place to go. It's handy in Sebastopol with easy access without the hard traffic from busier places. It's a one stop shop that can fix your battery problems with the minimum of fuss.

Store is closed! Don't drive there if you live out of town.I bought a flooded deep cycle battery for a stationary application but the positive terminals were damaged from start. They refused to honor the warranty and they claimed I was at fault.As soon as I attached a connector to the threaded terminal it corroded it. Acid has come up the terminal post and caused the corrosion. Now, two things cause this, eirher the terminal was compressed during transport to the store or you hammered the terminal post down. The photo I've added clearly shows that the terminal hasn't been hammered and is fresh and unused. The terminal leaked from new. Now i'm stuck a $300 battery thats useless that I did nothing wrong to. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. You can't anyway because the store is closed.
