Quite terrible customer service. My partner got a rental from here for a mates wedding i paid a deposit and 200 for a suit when asked on return if i get any of my deposit back the guy laughed saying no why would you when its not that expensive? Very rude poor service. I would not recommend them.

Ordered a Custom Kilt to be made and hired Kilts for my Groomsmen, my kilt was made in wrong Tartan even though I corrected multiple times when ordering. When it arrived wrong I decided it was better then wearing nothing and didnt want to add to the wifes stresses for the day. If your business is Tartan, you should be able to get it right. Also my best mans hired kilt and accessories didnt fit because they didnt believe the messurements we provided them but didnt think to mention this till the day before the wedding.
