Best in the west far from it ..... organised for Luke to come out & moves a gas line a few hundred mill as part of a kitchen renovation.He said he would come out on Friday to sort it & call when hes on his way 3.30pm i called him no answer left a message - 5pm called him again he answered & said he was busy putting together a kids bed? & it will have to be Saturday now.Well Saturday has been & gone not even a call or a text pathetic.Im now trying to find someone to do the job urgently as i have booked in a plasterer next week & the gas line needs to be sorted beforehand.If you didn't want the job you should have let me know upfront rather than say you would be here & do a no show leaving me now rushing to get a trade here in time before the plasterer.Thanks Luke absolute joke of a business.

I called Luke because my gas water heater was leaking and causing too much noise. The guy that came just looked at the unit without doing a single thing and I was charged 150 dollars. They wanted me to change the unit because it wasn't working. However, when I called another plumber, he was able to fix the problem. Luke was literally forcing me to buy a new Thermal gas water heater from him. I figured something was fishy, so I decided to ask someone else. When I spoke to him about the the fee fee, he said because his worker turned off the water and that why I should pay 150 dollars. They are bunch of dishonest people.

Called up Luke to get Hot water system rectified. He solved the situation over the phone in 5mins. Got hot water running again in minutes.Thanks to his excellent skills and guidance. He saved the day.

Had my water heater call it quits in the middle of winter, Luke had an new one installed the next morning. Extremely happy with the service, price & workmanship. Thanks Luke.

Luke was very helpful when I called about needing my gas hot water replaced as it had stopped working over night. He had staff to my house and replacement installed within hours of calling. I will be using his plumbing services from now on.

Very happy with our experience. I contacted Luke about coming out to repair a leaking tap on our nature strip. Although he couldn't come that day (not an issue as it wasn't an urgent job), he came first thing the next morning (a Friday) and fixed the tap within about half an hour.Over the weekend, we noticed there was still a very small amount of water leaking out of one of the joins in the pipe. Contacted Luke about this the following week and he had someone come out the same day and repair the issue at no extra cost. Very satisfied.

I was super impressed with the service and ability to problem solve. Luke and his team worked through some crazy blockages and breaks in the pipes. With little stress cost and time they unblocked and repaired pipes burried deep under the house without digging. Great service and genuine good people. Highly recommend. The pliers are the culprit.
