Former NGO and Sons student, taught me content ahead of school which helped me jump my grades and ranking at school. Material is concise and varied to have a lot of practice with. The teachers and staff are very professional and well trained.Try get Mr Mai, he is the best math teacher in my opinion.

It's a fantastic place to get math and chemistry help! Tutors are efficient, well-trained, and skilled in teaching and leading well-structured classes. They not only helped me with my studies throughout high school, especially during the difficult COVID-19 and lockdown restriction periods, but they also gave me fantastic advice. I've had a fantastic time learning here, and I strongly encourage anyone in need of tutoring to enrol!

Funnily enough I was thinking about my life the other day and remembered that I was an ex student here. It seems like the positive reviews are from the usual suspects - a small percentage of high achievers which fit the stereotype that I shall not name (I went to a top 3 selective school at the time as well so my life was filled with these people).But for the majority of us mortals, such methods are quite extreme, outdated and reek of narcissism. Yes I understand, it's tutoring, it's not school. But that does not mean simple kindness and ethics are thrown out the window. I cannot think of a more demoralising act than posting a list of all the students on the board ranking them in terms of performance. Basically a way to shame the under achievers.Imagine being angry at students because they dont understand or take a bit longer to understand.But hey I guess if you're after a dictatorship style 'education' which resembles what a lot of the stereotypical ideal foreigner parent would love, then by all means go for it. Like I said, it works for some. That small percentage of high achievers. So if your son/daughter seems to be headed down the route of 24/7 study wirh no life, friends or social skills then by all means enrol here.And I won't even start with the racism and the favouritism. 'Ngo' and sons says it all.Mr Truong seemed to believe that students like I would not succeed. Probably thought anyone who didn't do well from his teaching methods would fail life miserably. Well, here I am as a corporate lawyer, writing this review. It sounds like I'm just salty, but I just want to share my honest experience.

Great place for Mathematics coaching! Tutors are accommodating, well-trained and experienced in teaching and conducting well organised lessons. I've had a great experience learning here, and strongly recommend anyone who needs Mathematics coaching to enrol!

I highly recommend this tutoring centre if you want to excel in the HSC!Since I've joined the centre for mathematics in year 9 and physics for year 10, my skills and marks have been constantly going up. The tutors are very knowledgeable and excellent at communicating complex concepts.At least for the tutors I had, they were very approachable and easy to have a conversation with. This made the learning environment fun, hence greatly motivated me to learn more.They also put their best efforts to aid students outside of class by answering questions, and even organise free classes to ensure students have their best foot forward for upcoming exams.A small comment I have is that a tutor should recognise when their conversation with students have gone off track for TOO LONG, impacting the time remaining for the rest of the class to learn.

I couldn't ask for a better centre to attend during High School and my HSC. I attended Ngo and Sons for Mathematics and English and I saw my results improve tremendously for both subjects in as little time as a few months. The teaching style has been refined to be very efficient at allowing students to understand content while still moving at a pace faster than school would. On top of that, the teachers are very passionate about their job and will go out of their way to help each and every student in the best way that they can. If you are looking for a tutoring centre that will help you to do very well and reach the best results in your HSC, Ngo and Sons is the place.

Ngo and Sons is a great Academic coaching centre which has helped many students in excelling in their academic skills. I would highly recommend this tutoring centre as a past student.

Since I joined in year 10, I have not had a single bad experience at Ngo and Sons. All the staff are incredible. Tutors are very well-versed in the subjects they teach and every lesson was planned out thoroughly. I received tutoring at Ngo and Sons for maths, physics, chemistry and the UCAT. They cater to their students and provide support outside of class as well. Content is taught systematically allowing the students to understand it well and ensuring that they are a little ahead of the rest of their school. The homework and resources provided are always very well-written and relevant to what the tutors went through during class.I learnt valuable lessons in all the subjects I took at the centre but I was also taught very important lessons about respect and discipline that will stick with me forever. Their support helped me significantly improve my grades and after graduating high school, I was offered to study medicine at my preferred university. I would not be where I am today without their help and am forever grateful to everyone at Ngo and Sons.

Ngo and Sons has really helped uphold my studies and academics within my high-school and especially my HSC years. The amazing quality and friendliness of the tutors has not only encouraged me to excel in maths but continue to strive in achieving success. The teaching style of the tutors allows for a deeper understanding of the concepts and strategies employed and allows for a greater preparations for school. The material which is covered in class promotes students to think outside the box and better prepare for the harder questions thrown at them at school. This also rewards students with a sense of progression as they develop the skillset to answer questions they wouldn't have been able to otherwise. Overall, Ngo and Sons has allowed me to better understand and excel in maths and has provided me with the skillset to overcome complex concepts and problems.

Amazing tutoring centre!! Attended here from yr 6 to my final HSC year and can say it is one of the best out there! Teachers truly care for your learning and are passionate about their students. They go out of their way to make sure you understand all the content and push you to reach your full potential! I would definitely recommend this tutoring centre for anyone in the area looking for a tutoring centre.
