I highly recommend Jo's hypnobirthing course. The material educated us, helped my husband and I connect with our unborn bubs and prepared us for birth. I highly recommend the course and cannot wait to do it all again with my second baby.

Jo's in-home prenatal massage service was amazing! It wasn't just about having a beautiful massage, her visualisations helped me connect with baby and truly feel relaxed. She supplied everything including incredible pregnancy-friendly oil blends. Her calming and knowledgeable presence was so reassuring. I feel lucky to have found her.

Highly recommend Jo's prenatal massages. I attend her home clinic in Williamstown. Jo is professional and well trained in pregnancy massage, as well as a qualified Hypnobirthing instructor. I love the depth and breadth of wisdom she brings to our sessions. Her massages are relaxing, nurturing and therapeutic.

Definitely recommend the Hypnobirthing course with Jo, she takes the time to personalise it to you and your needs. The course really helped me feel confident and as prepared as possible for birth! Our birth plan didn't go to plan, however with this course we were well equipped to adapt to the path our birthing journey took. Also recommend the pregnancy/induction massage as this was super relaxing and refreshing on my heavily pregnant body!

Jo’s Hypnobirthing class was amazing. Both my husband and I found it incredibly educational and helpful. Her class is well structured and easy to follow. We applied many of the things we learned during the birth of our baby and the breathing techniques we still use in various other situations today. Jo also sells a range of essential oils which are of superb quality. Amongst other oils, we had also purchased the birthing kit which was helpful leading up to and during birth. Can highly recommend Jo and her services!
