Had our pool pump repaired and it was completed within just a few days. It is now back working again as it should . nice work guys for the help and friendly service.

Ordered push pull valve that I replaced myself. I picked up the part and fitted it a few days later. The locking clip was missing so I popped back into the store and let them know. They told me that they would chase it up with the supplier and get back to me. After six weeks and visiting the store a couple more times I still have not received my clip or any further follow up.

I’ve spent most of my day chasing around after pool equipment, I only wish I had visited this shop first! They were super helpful, they didn’t have the cleaner I wanted but thought outside the box and got it sorted in and hour. Very happy with the service I received.Thanks

Just had to replace a pool filter and chlorinator for my pool at home. These guys had my pool back in working order in no time at all, ready for the Easter school holidays. Nothing was a problem. Great advice, excellent service and very competitively priced.

Been a little while since I visited Swimart Mermaid Waters. New staff, who are right on the ball. Love the explanations, the instructions on the chemicals, the advice, the layout of the store. Good range of bits and pieces, and most of all, great service. What more could I say. DEFINETELY 5 star review.
