Horrible in-store customer service. We were looking for TV-unit and saw couple of interesting options on display. The middle-age lad (short dark hair and glasses) who was “helping” us was nothing but impatient and condescending. The worst experience I’ve had in a long time. There is no excuse in poor customer treatment. We could have bought the item but decided not spend money with the company that treats customers in such bad way.

I CANT GIVE ZERO stars - I ordered a sofa in early June pre-pandemic before COVID-19 to line up with the purchase of my new flat …… I was told 2 weeks delivery from purchase …. After 4 times delay (many on the day of delivery) I just received a sofa damaged with rips and parts missing !! And I can’t speak immediately to a manager to slove it instead send emails and wait futher delays . The worse experienced I’ve ever had with a furnature store. …. It’s a shame as their product in shop is good including the staff there ….. but once ordered the service is terribleUpdate - 6th August . I received a sofa and it as AGAIN INCORRECT. The sofa has cushions and parts missing. My partner worked out they delivered the wrong box . The website says it has stock in place and after an icorrect order and promises it would be checked to ensure it wouldn’t happen again it is a bit beyond a joke. Getting no response from their customer service centre to explain the problem and the showroom nor anybody can’t help you in australia after you purchase it …… I think my only hope now to solve this is raise a formal complaint with the ACCC ;( :(

I bought 4 light grey chairs and very happy with the service. Lyn was very patient with me and Jenny kept me up to date on the delivery. The chairs were very easy to assemble and they fit perfectly under my 110cm round table. I was able to update and add a photo at a later date.photo.

Lounge Lovers are having issues communicating internally at the customers expense. After confirming a new delivery date, I receive an email 2 days before it was due to arrive stating my furniture is going to arrive 2 days later. Upon calling their call centre they say it will arrive a week later then that.After taking annual leave to be available to receive the goods, I’m now left high and dry with no explanation and no clue when my furniture will be arriving.One hand does not talk to another in this company. I had a very nice experience at their showroom in Waterloo, however the cost savings of an overseas call centre and a chat bot handling communication for post-sale makes for a horrible customer experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM LOUNGE LOVERS Happy to take your money, deliver faulty goods, and then try and make it as difficult as possible to rectify the situation. Ordered two Alice lounges, and upon opening - one has an obvious fabric fault and Lounge Lovers are not willing to replace it. A refund is only offered if a technician comes out to clean it. Clean a fault...really? Who in their right mind would agree to a brand new lounge being cleaned when it has just been opened and never used? There is zero customer service and the conversation goes round and round in circles obviously trying to wear the customer down. This has been 4 days of back and forth, including passive aggressive emails from customer service. One email received even admitted that their lounges sometimes get marks during transit, and a professional can easily clean it". I am absolutely furious. Do not waste your time and money. The saga continues.....what a farce."

Bought the Bronte 3S in Light GreyVery easy to screw in the feet (was pleased to see there was one for the centre)I love the look, sits firmer than I recall, but hopefully will soften up a bit with some NetflixService was great in store (Lyn)I ordered online - that was super simple.Communication was great re: delivery (Jenny).Received within 6 days of purchase (obviously they had one in the warehouse ... other lounges I looked at, they let me know there would be a 6 month wait)Delivery blokes were professional and laid it in. such a position it owuld be easy for me to unpack. They also went over & beyond to help me move my old lounge to the street.Very happy with my LL experience.

Worst retail experience in my life. THIS ENTIRE STORE IS A JOKE, I highly recommend you do yourself a favour and go elsewhere! Lounge Lovers are dodgy, they took our money for lounges, made us wait 5 months only to tell us our order was cancelled. THEN the FUN BEGINS. GOODLUCK CHASING A REFUND. 5 months we've been waiting for our refund. Staff member SOLITAIRE was nothing but rude, verbally abusive and outright refused our refund unless we showed her BANK STATEMENTS????? since when??? I have never in my life been treated more poorly from a retail store than how SOLITAIRE treated my husband and I. A horrible experience overall.

Bought a couch from these people a couple of years ago. The cushions began sinking after only three or four months (I am lightweight and thin!). I called up customer service and never heard from them again. Will be tossing it out at the earliest opportunity and never buy from these people again - their stuff is cheap and nasty. It can look good but the quality is NOT there. Avoid!!

They have the poorest customer service. I purchased a couple of items and was told they will be delivered and all the cartons and rubbish will be removed. After a week or so they split my order in 2 invoices.Items were delivered at once but they didn’t remove half of the carton and rubbish and told me this service is not in your second invoice. Although I tried to explain that initially it was one invoice and once they split the invoice they should have included the service in both .. But they left all the huge cartons and boxes in middle of my lounge room
