He stated it was the right colour and style, this didn't even matter because it needed to be bogged up and resprayed regardless (looked like it had been scraped along a wall)The only positive thing I have to say is the guy I dealt with when I got there didn't argue with me, and gave me a refundIn saying that I am sure as hell I wouldn't have gotten a refund if I never rocked up in person as the younger guy I spoke to on the phone had a real attitude

Purchased a gear box a couple of months ago, took a look time to get in after repeated calls there and back, paid an extra $100 for delivery to Sydney because you guys are in Melbourne.Went to a wreckers not far from here to pickup another part, got to talking with the guy and he said he had delivered a gearbox the same as the one I was after to my exact destination up the road, and that the person that purchased it did it over the phone from MELBOURNE. The best part? I was charged double what the guy sold it for, absolutely disgusted with your dishonesty, I understand everyone has to make a living but $700 for taking a phone call is beyond a joke.

DO NOT GO NEAR THESE GUYS. Insurance company referred me to them for a $150 replacement dash. When I rang they increased the price to $175. Appeared as $200 on my credit card. Wont return SMS or calls, item delieverd over two weeks later poorly wrapped and broken. This company is a total scam. I look forward to seeing them on A Current Affair one day soon. I hope they get deported. Scum.

The worst company I ever dealt with. Promised me to send me a part next morning but I waited calling them 4 days. Never execute their promises. As a result, I lost time and money. I never - ever come back to them. Be aware of them!!!

Purchased gearbox said he had one. 3 attempts for delivery over 4 weeks asked for return of my money said he would after another 6 weeks still no answer he won't take my calls or return my messages. Its now in the hands of lawyers. All I can say the people who gave these guys a good review is they must be mates.

Dishonest and untrustworthy. Save yourself time and hassle do not deal with this company. Bought SL55 AMG red leather seats from them from their Gumtree ad, Initially great service answered questions and sent photos, I then paid over the phone with their promise they would be couriered the next day. From that point the person i spoke to was always unavailable and would not call back, three months later of chasing NO SEATS!!! They will give all sorts of stories to lead you along - would not provide refund - reported them to ACCC and was told i would need to take to tribunal, luckily i paid by card over the phone and was paid back by credit card company after 3 months due to credit card fraud on European prestige behalf!! I was lucky, these guys have history of fraud. Also reported them to Gumtree, they have since changed account name and still dealing with the public - how i do not know - dishonest and disgusting behaviour. I hope you read this before having to deal with the stress of receiving parts or your money back. Buyer Beware

Wow, what can I say. I wish you could give this business 0 stars, or even a minus amount. I ordered two car parts off this company in March 2016. They were meant to be sent overnight and I received them almost one week later. One of the items was correct as described and the second item was A: Not what I ordered and B: Broken. Upon contacting the company they abused my partner, stood over us and said they wouldn't give our money back if we weren't nice and just flat out now just keep telling they'll call us back and never do. Upon looking them up on the internet after being ripped off, I have sadly discovered that I am not the only victim.Think very carefully before making a purchase from this business.

They sold me a flooded and seized gearbox. They refuse to answer calls and messages. They initially said they would cover the cost of replacement bearings and I would cover the cost of the rebuild.They now just ignore my calls so now I'm forced to pass this over our legal team. Stay clear of this company.

I purchased a Chrysler 300c SRT8 bumper bar from them. I sent pictures of my bumper bar prior to the purchase to confirmed it was the correct bumper bar. I alsi called Emrah he said yes we have one. When it arrived it was a standard 300c bumper bar not a SRT8. They charged me $450 for it and $100 delivery. A standard 300c bumper bar is around $250. They keep lying saying they will swap it and call me back this has gone on since the purchase date 09/05/18.They just keep lying to me and my wife that they will fix this problem. Just reading all the other reviews makes me sick that sc-m people like them thieve of there customers and lie. Also when I asked to talk to the bosses Emrah & Sergio they are at the new factory being built. Wow how much of that extra stolen money charged for cheaper items has gone into their factory. All from good honest people. Stay away from them there are better companies out there to deal with. The dont even deserve a star but will not post review unless you tick a star"

Wish I had read the other reviews first. Ordered a motor from them and gave them our freight company details to arrange to freight the motor to perth. They took our money and 6 months later no motor. They kept blaming the freight company saying they wouldn't pick the goods up. We then asked them to organise the freight but they did nothing. Now I just want my money back and they are now forcing me to take them to court. They still have the goods but won't refund me back my money. Wish I could give a zero rating.
