Tried to use the app to order ahead, but couldn't check out. Asked staff when we got to the store - they just shrugged. We had to go and order again using the kiosk. Luckily still able to get same order and 20% discount. El Maco looked like it had been hit by a truck, the rest was good though. Oh, ordered books with happy meals and got colouring in boxes instead. Could have been worse.

Have always come here when on upper Hunter road trips and service has usually been good. But the last time they didn’t get our order right and when they fixed it, rather than calling out our number they just left it there on the counter for anyone to take. Would have expected better service when you’ve made an error.

At a 11:30 at night driving back from Newcastle the Maccas gave us the impression that they were closed, when phone called was asked if they were open because the light was off they said yes we are open . We asked why the light are off they explained to me that they were saving power.I think it it’s wrong because there is no where eles to stop between Newcastle and Tamworth. So saving power isn’t a good idea.

Disappointed and disgraceful service!!!Ordered Mighty McMuffin meal and one Mighty McMuffin with a water. When called for order only hash brown given. When asked for the rest of my meal tge boy just walked off abd did not return. Standing there, while not being served, I assume a supervisor told a girl to serve at counter. I explained to the girl who could not smile, that I was waiting for my Mighty McMuffins. She grabbed two McMuffins. When opened burgers and inspected burgers only had 1 piece of bacon. Went back and told girl these are not Mighty McMuffin, she just looked at me blankly and said their not??" I replied they need 2 pieces of bacon. I also asked ate you ok (as she still had a sour look on her face and certainly did not want to serve) she replied she was tired and proceeded to put back the two open and touched muffins with other muffins. I told her NOT to put muffins back with others as they had been opened and touched by us. She gave me a filthy look. I watched as they made more Mighty McMuffins (not just mine) and all only had one piece of bacon on them. If your advertising 2 x bacon is it that hard to make them right and not rip all your customers OFF!!!CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. You need to teach your staff this!!"

The worker who served us at cash area was very kind, out of all the Maccas I’ve been to there as never been a worker who was so friendly kind and caring. She served us at cashier around 12:40 pm. The cheeseburger I had was exceptional. I would give it 6 stars but there’s a limit of 5.

Was very busy, but got through and served promptly. Watching them was like clockwork. Very impressive! Ordered large and order was ready within minutes.. Place was clean and great playground area for the kids..Some of the other MacDonald's should seriously take lessons from this store!!

Just like all Macca's, just can't use the stupid touch screens, there way to slow and the screens don't register my touches to get anything. I want to punch the stupid things.If u can go to the counter it's way faster than the stupid screens any day.

Constantly stuffing up orders and have long wait times. Yes the world is short staffed but it happens every time we order from this certain MacDonalds. Called the store to ask for them to deliver missing food as it was their mistake after being told no I had to go back to the store to pick it up I swore and hung up. They called back and said no refund would be offered or exchange because I swore at them. I didn’t abuse them just swore in context but apparently they’re aloud to rob people of their own money. Absolutely disgusting and handled inappropriately from managing staff.

This McDonald's is the best McDonalds. It has really well salted fries and perfectly crispy chicken and really creamy Frappuccino's. The service was also really great and everyone was really nice, missed my order for a mocha, yet the barista at the McCafé remade it so it would be warm. The wraps had way more chicken in them and it was and way better than other Maccas. If you are passing by would recommend.
