XL Express

Over a month wait (and still waiting) for a delivery from NSW. Can not provided details where my parcel is or an ETA. Extremely poor service. Cant keep blaming COVID. Do not use this company if you want your parcels in time for xmas.

Sent me a fake tracking number. Poor communication. Never again!

Shocking service. Waiting over a month for an item to be delivered from Brisbane to Sunshine coast. Still waiting. Request for a delivery update rejected and told they wont speak to recipients. Contact the seller who also are not providing any updates. Worst courier experience ever.

got a delivery through vuly. it was late to be delivered. i had spoke with them to arrange delivery as i have a fully fenced yard. they assured me they would ring first so i could meet them at home. I rang late in the day as i had not heard and was told it would be before 5pm and that they would ring. i waited and after i checked my front yard found they had thrown 19 boxes over my 6 ft fence and they were scattered over my yard. pick another courier company vuly

Absolutely ridiculous management of this company. Waiting on product for our business from our supplier in NSW to Gold Coast that was dispatched on the 27th Oct. Told by the supplier that XL Express are running behind with deliveries by 21 days and that they were struggling to get any information from them. Called them direct to chase the consignments only to be told that because we were not the account holder they could not provide any information even though I had the consignment note numbers from the sender. Explained reason I was calling direct was because you were not getting back to the supplier. They explained they had a 2 week delay with deliveries to the Gold Coast from Brisbane in which I responded we would collect from the depot. They advised that as per decision made by management they were not allowing collections. So XL to help reduce the pressure with your deliveries you are not allowing customers to collect? What kind of monkeys are running this circus?

Useless company I can’t believe I lasted there for 5 months glad I got out the the pay rate is trash

If I could give a zero I would, appalling customer service, impossible to get hold of, do not provide any information on a missing item that should have been delivered weeks ago. Don't know where it is apparently. Blame COVID but I have many other deliveries while waiting for this one that have been on time.

We're in a similar situation with recent Google reviews for this freight company.We have a shipment that has not been delivered for over a month from VIC to QLD. Quite disappointing when the slogan is 'XL Express provides the most comprehensive independent logistics network in Australia'. Nothing comprehensive with customer service or acknowledgement of where shipments are when you get a generic COVID excuse. Other reputable freight companies in Australia such as Auspost, Star Track, and Aramex to name a few have had no issues delivering on schedule.

If I could give no stars I would as this company is absolutely useless . I'm waiting for a carton coming from Vic to Gold Coast since Nov 18th. Still not delivered and they blame Covid for the delay . Come on , thats over a month ! No customer service

I was informed that my parcel would be delivered today, I gave them my phone number to give to the driver so that he could ring me when he was here, as they couldn’t get in contact with him for a time frame of delivery So I was forced to stay home as I had to sign for my delivery. I live in a gated complex so I would need to let the driver in. I spoke to ROSE from customer service and she was rude, she told me that it was my choice to stay at home. Yes it was, but I want my package and was told it would be delivered today, and it wasn’t. Apparently it’s not even in their warehouse, so I waited around for no reason. I was upset as it’s an inconvenience to me and she spoke rude to me on the phone when I asked for her name she said “and yours is Jakarta”. Really not happy, won’t be ordering from the place I ordered from again if they will be dealing with my delivery. Unprofessional and unorganised.
