The young manager with black hair is by fair their best worker. Doesn't get enough credit. She is the fastest at serving and very well practised.I came in to get 4 subs and they were done within 6 minutes.

Possibly the worst subway. Not only is there breaches of safe food handling, their disregard for the environment as see in the picture are appalling. You can see and hear several staff out the back just talking doing nothing, while customers are waiting for the one person, who I believe they are taking advantage of to do all the work.I would be willing to be contacted by subway to talk about this.

My recent experience at this Subway was extremely disappointing. Not only did I receive a chicken teriyaki wrap where a 1/4 of the chicken was burnt, but it was also evident that the person who made my wrap seemed undertrained. The fillings were haphazardly placed, resulting in a mess as they all slid towards the bottom, ultimately ruining my clothes. It was clear that the quality control was lacking, as no customer should receive such a poorly prepared meal. Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating experience and I hope Subway takes steps to improve their training and ensure that their customers' orders are prepared with care and attention to detail.

Went there 30 minutes before closing time, sorry guys! However they were absolutely amazing anyways, everything had been already cleaned and the floors scrubbed getting ready to close(I know what thats like!) And they were still happy to serve us as if it wasnt closing time(often you find places annoyed they're still having to work). The 3 subs, avo toastie and the cookies we got were all fresh and amazing, very happy with this service and we will definitely be back. 10/10

Bought a sub savers and got charged $25 for 3 subs. The lady with the headscarf and a guy name bibi was so rude and unprofessional. Staff does not know the prices and the customer have to explain it to them. Management should re consider their staff! very disappointed.

Food is tasty but really poor presentation. Despite having a few orders for I guess uber eats, there attitude is also not great. Not all staff members but a majority.

Absolutely appalled. The owner Johnny Lin and Subway employees need a reality check. Disgusted by the state of the shop which was filthy dirty, the place is deadbeat and run-down. They constantly have old staff training new staff members when they do not have the level of training needed. Items overpriced simply because the owner cannot afford to run his business which comes from a lack of inconsistent effort. The place is always closed due to a staff shortage, I wonder why? Last night I waited 20 minutes in line only to be sent away when I was served and told there was no bread? What type of fool runs a Subway and can’t provide bread? Maybe shut earlier if you simply can’t afford to run a fast food business with no bloody food. Clowns.

The service and atmosphere were frankly out of this world their italian herbs and cheese bread took me to another world where i lived 43 years, married a woman and had three kids. When an employee asked me if i was ok it took me back to the real world where i finished my sub and left. ten out of ten

If you want good customer service and your order to be fresh and correct don’t go here. They either hire people who just jumped off the boat or don’t care. The food safety is dreadful and they don’t listen to you when you ask to use your subway points and this isn’t a one time issue!!Their store is also pretty unclean
