Excellent service, lovely flowers! I would have liked to have received an update as to confirmation that my order had been placed and paid for and perhaps confirmation or a way to track whether the flowers were in transit, only because you want to keep it a surprise for the recipient and don’t want to call them to see if they’ve received the flowers.

I ordered native flowers for my Mum’s funeral last Saturday, they were delivered to Liverpool by Wednesday in time for the funeral. The flowers were beyond what I expected! Absolutely beautiful! Everyone commented on them. I’m so happy and very grateful. Thank you Jodie!

Elizabeth and Jodie created the most magnificent arrangements for my Mother's casket and service with flowers and shrubbery from her garden. With their kindness and creativity my Mum was laid to rest with her garden. And Elizabeth, you made my heart swell with what you did with the remaining flowers. I’ve bought from the bloom room many times before! And they have provided an great service. However, we recently purchased $85 worth of flowers and received average greenery 2 roses and 2 dahlias and 2 other small flowers. We provided a colour palette and ended up with white. Overall we were extremely disappointed and if we are to purchase again we would be extremely hesitant.
