Definitely one of the best roofers around. Did a thorough job on replacing the ridge capping and lots of broken tiles before cleaning and painting the roof. He and his crew are professional and knowledgeable. Paul is a conscientious pro and does not cut corners, actually goes the extra mile. Highly recommended. Have patience and be flexible when booking, he is a small business man dependent on the weather but well worth the wait.

Very Disappointed after being recommended to this company from family members. Phoned to book a quote! Reception staff were very rude and abrupt! Poor customer service! First impressions count. Asked about getting my tiled roof looked at and guttering done to be told they can only offer the guttering. Must be good to be so busy your turning away work. Hope for your sake it doesn't dry up 1 day or your bad customer service will start to be known around town since there is already a review above mentioning it.

Very impressed with the team at Paul Collins Roofing, they did a very professional job replacing our roof and when complications arose from replacing the Solar hot water system (glycol leaked into rain water drinking tank) they went out of their way to come back and sort out the problem that was not their fault. Thank you to Paul Collins, Nick and boys for your help with this.

My partner and I were very impressed with Paul Collins roofing. We were lucky enough to have Paul himself paint our colorbond roof. His attention to detail and thoroughness was amazing. He also discovered our skylights were cracked and brittle - took photos to show us and then organised the supply and fitted himself. We also had problems with our solar hot water leaking and impeding works but Paul was cool calm and collected and we found solutions. We cannot recommend him enough and we would be happy to talk to anyone who is considering using his business.

i have been waiting since the beginning of the year (6 weeks) for a quote for a hail damaged roof, still waiting mid February! I have rung the office several times,and while they were pleasant enough, no effect.

Just had my tiled roof restored by Paul Collins and I have to say his workmanship is a shining example of his attention to detail, knowledge of industry standards, and great customer service.Although the current building and supplier access is seeing extended delays, I can't speak high enough of the service I had with this company and highly recommend going with them if you want optimum, honest service. Thanks Paul and your team. Very satisfied customer.

Terrible customer service and difficult to communicate with. Clearly aren't interested in new business. Weren't even willing to provide an estimate of when job may be able to be completed after waiting 6 months for the quote.
