Good dog park but thats about it. Small kids facility. Approx 100m× 60m wide. Quiet area with only 1 exit from the estate, the way you came in. A dead end if ya like.

It's an amazing place that has all the space you need. For walking the dog, going for a run, practicing yoir cricket and football skills and much more. Why not come down on a Sunday and get involved with the local footy and support Langwarrin.

Nice little park. Bbq, seating and playground. Plenty of room to kick a ball around.No water available is the only negative.

We come from a different areae. Here to visit and play tennis... I'm very impressed by the facilities. Fantastic venue for tennis, netball, cricket and football. ALL located in one place and only a short stroll between codes... Highly recommended for a visit...

Visited to watch the grand-daughter play in a footy final. The ground had lights, a great siren and even an electronic scoreboard. Parking was a problem and there was struggle to leave after the game. But, overall, excellent facility.

Plenty of space on the ovals and surrounds for the dog to run. Also has dog compatible water fountains. Public toilets are also available.
