I went for a custom design from her in house designer. I received it within a week and it looks amazing! I am so happy, and everyone who walks into my house always comments. I recently ordered some custom wall stickers (Woodland Animal theme) for my nursery. No company in Australia stocked the images I had found on the web, but the The Wall Sticker Company came to the rescue. They have been fantastic every step of the way answering my endless questions, assisting with sourcing the various components and imagery, royalties, preparing artwork, sizing, style, delivery etc.I could not speak higher of the customer service received nor of the quality of the product. The stickers are amazing quality and due to it being fabric based are incredibly durable. They were easy to apply, and easy to remove and reposition when necessary. Knowing the stickers are completely safe for baby with no 'nasties' used in their construction was highly reassuringThe pre-sale and post-sale service has been equally as impressive. One incredibly satisfied customer here!

We absolutely love The Wall Sticker Company! We now have 3 rooms with walls emblazoned with a range of stickers. We've used the mountains in a central play area, carnival animals in my sons room, and baby #2 on the way has the whales! The company was amazing in their service to us and the quality is fantastic (we even moved house and they stuck on like new!). Highly recommended!

Recently designed and purchased a custom wall decal for my young son's bedroom. Janelle was wonderful in helping me put together the various images I had into exactly the decal my son was after, in the colours he wanted. When there was a small hiccup with one of the decal segments, it was redone and sent out to me straight away without fuss. My son absolutely loves the final decal! Very highly recommended.

Easy to deal with, I asked for a couple of design changes with re-sizing, and it was done no problems. It's mostly easy to install as you just stick and peel off to correct. It was very easy to get bubbles out, not that there were many as the product goes on very smooth (it's not like contact that you might use to cover a schoolbook, it's much easier and better quality if you need to unstick to correct a mistake). We choose a map design and the hardest part about installing a map is you need to line up the country labels and you ABSOLUTLEY MUST leave 2 - 3 cm overhang at the top in the case your wall / roof is not level. We discovered this installing the second piece, but it was too late to correct the first piece as we had already cut out around a power point and trimmed the bottom. Overall, the slight gap of about 1cm across the top between mural and roof line isn't noticeable unless you are looking for it. It would be nice to have a little more overhang allocation for the top of the mural. A tip to install the map is to line up the top country name / label FIRST and then stick the wallpaper, if you just stick the very top of the paper to the wall the country labels most likely won't line up as there are slight inconsistences with the level of the roof / wall line. The wallpaper has been up for a few months and still looks great, there's no sign at the edges or joins that it's coming unstuck. I highly recommend the product, great quality and looks fantastic.

They have just moved there and my youngest granddaughter was showing me around the house using FaceTime. In her room on her wall was the wonderful enchanted tree and animals that I had bought from you when our first granddaughter was born back in 2010. There was the tree and all the lovely animals around her room and as my daughter-in-law reminded me this was the fourth trip this sticker group had been on. Started in Sydney in 2010, and when they were on the move, Lucy and I carefully peeled them off, put them onto their backing paper and into the cylinder, then flew them of to the West Indies. After 4 years on wall there, they were peeled off, stuck back onto the backing paper, into the tube again and off to Fiji. In March this year, Lucy and I again peeled them off the children's walls in Fiji, stuck them onto the backing paper, back into the cylinder and shipped them off to Mauritius. Each time they moved my daughter-in-law and I would gently take the stickers off the walls put them back on their backing paper, roll them up and send them on their way to the next home. At no time have they damaged the walls and after 11 years they still look beautiful. We have certainly had our money‘s worth out of this wonderful product and it has made each of the moves for the children much more comfortable as the tree was always there on one of the walls in one of their bedrooms. Needed a slight tweak to the design, Jen and the team were happy to send me a new design and I love it. Great service. Easy to put up (with a friend!). Highly recommended.
