Commonwealth Bank Moora Branch

This week I went in to the Moora branch to discuss a personal loan. I dealt with the Manager Zoe directly. She helped me to decide on the best type and duration of loan to suit my situation. The whole process was easy and I came away feeling as though I had been informed of all options available to me. The money was in my account very quickly and I even got a phone call from Bec informing me of the imminent deposit. All of the staff in the Moora branch are professional, friendly and treat you as a real person, not as a number. We are very lucky to have such awesome staff and our own branch providing such great service. It's always a pleasure doing business here.

I cannot speak highly enough of this branch of Commonwealth. I have found staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful and I always feel welcome when I visit (which is not that often, but they seem to remember my name!) On a couple of occasions I was unable to resolve my issue online and staff members went out of their way to follow up and get back to me. Well done all!!

The ladies that work at this branch in moora are absolutely amazing. Every time I go into the branch they are very friendly and so helpful. The branch manager Zoe is amazing and not only is she the nicest person to deal with, she is so helpful and when we were overseas and had an issue with fraud, she went above and beyond to help us sort the issue out.
