Regis Frankston has been a great place for me to further my career.Staff are friendly, hard working and supportive. The atmosphere is positive and happy, with resident wellbeing a core focus that is very evident.

The Regis Frankston aged care is one of the worst company’s to work for. The management are aweful to their staff and over work registered nurses with little to no support. Work place bullying is not acceptable, however happens at Frankston on a daily basis. Don’t waste your skills in a horrid facility like Regis Frankston

I deliver a package once per fortnight for a client of mine who is a patient/client here. The staff treat me like some sort of peasant. I have been hung up on, left waiting and the list goes on. It should not take multiple attempts to drop a package at reception. If they treat me like this each time, heaven help the patients/clients that are spending their last chapters on earth here.

When I first suffered my stroke, I went to Regis for Transition Training. Although the stroke was a worry, the 'girls', conditions, amenities & food were fantastic!I have been back many times, to give my wife respite, from me & would recommend Regis to anyone seeking Respite.

Overall Regis Frankston was a very positive experience for my elderly father who lived there 18 months before passing away recently.The staff & residents were quite friendly in what can be a difficult situation.Regis Frankston generally did the basic day to day care well however I would recommend that to get the best care for your loved one you visit regularly,if you can,to do the personalized touches for them.My father's health & mental attitude improved while he was there.

Hopefully this isn’t a concern about resident care, but concerns of the condition of the fish tank on display in the main lounge, if fish can’t be seen because it’s so dirty, should I be concerned about the care of residents
