I can’t thank Jennifer enough for being such a gracious, warm and welcoming host. My husband and I were greeted on arrival with a warm pot of tea and homemade shortbread. Our room was so warm, cosy and immaculate in condition. Breakfast the next morning was so delicious and fresh.The gardens were so picturesque and beautifully manicured. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Wanting to escape the hustle, bustle and daily grind of city life? Then look no further than Glenburn House.My husband and I can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much Jennifer for your warm hospitality!

Glenburn House is just lovely! Gorgeous leafy setting, attractive rooms, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, pretty garden. Jennifer made us very welcome and provided a delicious cooked breakfast each morning. The communal areas are nice, inside lounge and outside seating area with bbq. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Jen, who runs the place, is an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. The room was very clean and the bed super comfy. And the breakfast... OMG! Delicious! We'll be back for sure! :)

Jennifer is a fantastic host! We stayed there this weekend and it was fantastic. Clean, fresh, fantastic decor and vibe, and amazing hospitality. It felt like a quiet retreat. Would definitely recommend and travel here again. Thanks again!

The old school house is quaint and the guest room was just perfect for our three night stay. Jennifer is a terrific host, nice cooked breakfasts from fresh local ingredients and we enjoyed our friendly chats. The manicured flowering gardens at Glenburn House are just beautiful and a relaxing environment. Had a great stay!

Easiest 5 stars ever! We really enjoyed our stay at Glenburn House. The host Jennifer is very kind and welcoming. The house itself really well built and you can tell that it was a labour of love from the many little details that make it so cosy and warm. On top of that, we brought our telescope to Glenburn House as it is located in a dark sky area which makes it ideal for night sky observations. Thank you, Jennifer!

Glenburn house is a hidden gem. We stayed with family (7 adults, 3 kids) and it was the perfect venue. Seperate quarters, but common areas for BBQs and to enjoy Jennifer’s delicious breakfast together. Jennifer was always on hand if we needed her, but not at all intruding on our space. I can confidently say that she is the perfect B&B host. It honestly felt like our 2nd home, even thought it was our 1st visit. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - it was a 10/10 experience.

Glenburn House
Jennifer is the perfect host, warm friendly, full of local and historical knowledge. We booked last minute turning up 25 minutes later, but nothing was a problem. The grounds and gardens are beautiful! We enjoyed cooking a bbq dinner with gorgeous country side views and eating on the outdoor furniture and deck. The room had everything one would need. Breakfast was such a treat- fully cooked and served for us while we chatted with our host. A thoroughly refreshing visit and we’ll be back!

Glenburn House is a wonderful country retreat! Jennifer is a great host. We enjoyed a home made afternoon tea and relaxing in the old school house by the fire. My husband played the grand piano. The accommodation is private, spacious and comfortable. We loved the BBQ facilities and gorgeous gardens. Breakfast was superb!
