Great coffee with intense taste, professional and friendly staff, pretty good shop with range of coffee machines

Delighted by the customer service and story offered by my barista *Paris today.She is warm and welcoming with a lot of knowledge.The single origin slow drip coffee was surprisingly mild and choclatey, really delicious.Latteé was pretty though the taste wasn't quite there for me.4/5 For the winter blend coffee blend, 5/5 For customer service and the single O drip.

I was stuck for a place to take my car club, rang Colin on Saturday afternoon if he could help me out for Sunday morning. Not only did he help, but went above and beyond to accommodate us. A huge thank you to Colin and all the staff. The food, coffee and service was excellent. Have never been disappointed there.

I ordered a replacement tank for my Jura machine from Crema Coffee Garage. I thought I was ordering the right part but my mistake, the part was wrong. The crew at CCG were extremely accommodating with returning and re-ordering the correct part. That part had to be shipped from Europe so it took some time to arrive unfortunately but CCG kept me updated every week on the progress.Despite the wrong part being ordered was my fault, CGG took total ownership of getting the right part to me. 10/10 for customer service.

This review is for a poorly prepared coffee that you would not expect from this store.Found the two young staff immature and rude with the worst coffee I’ve had.Moment in time nothing more but it was bad enough for me to write this.I rate their beans and have recently had a coffee that tasted like coffee using their beans so that reinforces that they have a good product and the day in question was very much a bad one.This review stands as that day they were deserving but if we were talking beans it would be much higher.I believe in fair reviews and that previous one was fair but only emphasised a bad experience not the roasted bean product which is not bad at all.Crema did offer a voucher which I refused so they did try but I did not write the review to obtain free product it was more disappointment as I held them in high regard in the hope crema addressed the situation as it stood.Would certainly buy their beans again if I weren’t being lazy of late.

Such a rad store for the coffee geek! Staff are lovely and very helpful.Visited here to get an Aeropress, manual coffee mill and a frother. Always been a fan of Hario gear and they have plenty of this brand in stock. Just got home and made my first coffee with this set-up.... sooooooo good!Found the place easy to access, easy parking.
