My doctor is OK but had bad experience with the receptionists... They even hang up on me... Excuse me?

One of the bigger practices in town but getting an appointment can take 2 weeks if not longer. Doctors seem to come and go quite regularly. Hard to keep the same GP fo any length of time in my experience but that is not exclusive to this practice.

Fantastic group of doctors and staff. Always friendly and willing to help.Dr's are all great.Highly recommended.

Unreliable. Unfortunately too many times I have booked an appointment which has been double booked, so they send out a text with a completely different time and expect you to make that instead. Reception staff let the practice down.

I have been a patient at aero for a number of years.I have also worked alongside the staff.today I rang to book 2 appointments knowing full well my usual doctor has moved on .so I was asking who I could see and do they bulkbill .well that's up to every individual doctor so I won't know until I've been .currently unemployed I mentioned that this sucks because I need my medication regardless and u can't stop taking them.it was a flippant comment not directed at the receptionist.and I get told to bad people have been patients there longer than me and they pay this bloody woman never even asked my name.so to aero medical your staff member was nothing but rude and judgemental and maybe if she doesn't like her job .LEAVE there's others that would gladly like to take your job.the service was the worst I have ever had at a doctor's surgery and money or no money I'm better than people like this no longer a patient .up until this I to had always had great service

Was referred here on recommendation. Highly attentive doctors and skilled nurses who show they care. Would change over as first choice of primary health care clinic if living in Geraldton region.
