Great service, quick turnaround. Expect to pay a bit higher than a lot of other garages but you're getting a higher level of quality and care so worth it.

I dealt with Ryan who was so polite and friendly when I went in to enquire. He checked my car's tyres and gave honest opinion. He asked me wait for December as they had offers on the tyres which I wanted and offered a great price for tyres with wheel alignment. Unfortunately he is not working no more for a time being which I found out when I went for tyre replacement. I got Bridgestone Turanza plus and they feel great. Road noise is unnoticeable and car feels so smooth to drive. We'll be doing 2 trips this Christmas and will update if my opinion changes.

A while back, I went into Bridgestone St Albans to do my wheel alignment. I didn't notice it then but my of my Michelin tyres which I bought from Costco was swapped to a cheaper brand called Cold Ho1 which appears to be a cheap Chinese one. I only noticed the changed when I went to do my regular tyres rotation at Costco. The guy doing the rotation told me that they didn't sell that brand and that he couldn't do my rotation as per the agreement. If you have ever done a wheel alignment at the Bridgestone, please check your tyres to ensure that it wasn't changed to something else. Please do not use their services because you are never sure of what you will get. I am shocked out of this work. This is endangering my life.

These guys here have their stuff together. They did fit me in with little warning for a wheel alignment, even though when I arrived they were clearly under the pump. I did have to wait about an hour and a half, but that was far better than waiting another day. The wheels were squeeling horribly before I took it there. The price was fair and as I say they got right to it and had me sorted. Highly recommend the crew here.Took it in again thinking it needed another wheel alignment, they quickly diagnosed the worn rack bushes. After that was solved they fit me in at a moments notice for another wheel alignment. Then two weeks later I drop in with a bolt stuck in my front left tyre, once again they fit me in right there and then.Now, while it might be a bit too much to expect that they'll 'always' be able to fit anyone in at the drop of a hat like that, rest assured they'll do all they can to get you back on the road as fast as humanly possible.Uncle Bob your Delivery Pro.

I went to get my Navarra fixed here, got a wheel alignment and asked the gents to fix the car so it would not feel so shaky/wobbly when I drive on the free way. After getting my car it had the same problems, one of the managers/higher up told me to give it 2000kms which I did as he said “let the tyres smooth out” . After giving it almost until next service the car felt even worse, slight gust of wind and the car would just be a kite. I decided to take it to another mechanic and ask them to fix what these guys could not, turned out the guys at Bridgestone “forgot” or straight up did not tell me about my ball joints, bushes, shockers, engine leak (they said whatever the leak was was minor and did not need attention, however the new mechanic I took the car to said it was the opposite) overall if I could give -5 stars I would. Charged me in the range of 500-700 (can’t remember exact cost but I did felt ripped off after driving the car and nothing really changed) for essentially an oil change, wheel alignment and to rotate my tyres and pocketed the rest.
