Sunbeam Cakes

I like this place. The party pies are the best ever!!! The sausage rolls are nice but small which is good cause it means I can have a sausage roll and a party pie. I haven't ordered any cakes but they look lovely.

Reviewing them today but have been a regular 2 years ago. They have the best pastie and pies and also Kaz and her colleagues are lovely - a nice chat regardless of the gap in between :)

RUDE!I live locally to this cake shop and they have amazing pastries.The service however is consistently rude.I was in just this morning and as there is a bell on the counter i rang it and a head stuck around the doorway and said Yes

I bought a carrot cake for a birthday, the lovely lady who served me was very helpful and added some beautiful little fondant flowers and a message onto the cake for a lovely extra touch. Everyone was commenting on how delicious the cake was and some even said it was the best carrot cake they had ever had. Highly recommend

So disappointing! This place use to have delicious cakes now they are terrible! I got a fresh cream sponge cake and we couldn't even eat it. The cream tasted synthetic and there was nothing fresh about it! When you can get a better sponge cake with actual fresh cream from Coles this place has a big problem!

This cake shop is excellent. I have been purchasing cakes and pastries here for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience. Their Sausage Rolls, Bee Stings and Carrot Cake are the best ever. Service is always with a smile. Don't believe any of the negative comments. Sunbeam Cakes you are the best!!

Love the apple & custard crusties. The two women that have served us have been fantastic. Went out of our way to visit on 3x consecutive days. Also, the Bushman's slow-cooked stew" pie was great too. Pricing is just fine for location

What a great experience.Over the years most of our family have purchased cakes from Sunbeam, the quality and service has always been great but today they did far more than could possibly be expected.During the week i ordered a vegan cake for a birthday tomorrow. We (I) did not pick it up before the shop closed, they called but I did not get the message until an hour after the shop was closed. I returned the call to the mobile they had called from and was pleasantly surprised that when I spoke with them they insisted on not going home until I collected the cake.When I collected the cake, the ladies insisted that as I had not ordered decorations beyond the birthday message that they add flowers.I was happy enough to have had a quality business make a vegan cake, but what they did today was exceptional service.Thanks again.
