The people working there were of no help at all and acted as if they wanted us to leave or something. The cashier was also super rude and her tone of voice and actions were totally provocative. If you prefer a shop with nice and helpful staff, I would not recommend this place

Absolutely disgusted in their approach to do business.I ordered on-line in December 2014 (and paid) and it is now end of April and I'm still chasing my full order. After phoning and emailing and being ignored, told I was wrong and then accused of lying; because there was a problem, to then be told by management to stop being angry! Does anyone know another provider for the HHS?DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

Customer service needs an overhaul in this place, you need savvy computer programmers to accept online orders an ensure it is delivered to the appropiate delivery addresses assigned. When this place miss a garment out on an online order, you are directed to the school to pickup your remaining orders, not good enough as I already paid for the delivery to be sent to me not the school!?! That delivery should be the company's bill not the consumer. Communication is also a factor, customers upon approach need to be served or informed of wait time. This place can't even take phone orders to have uniforms ready for pickup? really? dinosaur age in retail service?!? not all staff are bad, once you are served. Been served 2x upon entering. We as consumers shouldn't have to sift through bad customer service to get to good ones. Location for the uniform shop is in the wrong place, take it to a location so it is accessible by car, train or bus...you represent all those schools, why would it be hard to move your location, that's right dinosaur age...should this place improve, I will improve my rating. Tread lightly consumers.

went to go pick up my year 12 jacket to find that they had spelt my name on the back incorrectly when on my recipt it specifically said 'JEM-JEM'. We were told by my school (Le Fevre High) that these jackets were supposed to be in by week 8 of term 1 as we are heading into the older months and ordered it in term 4 of year 11. Only later to find out they were not ready until the holidays. This is not acceptable, As a student i will not be wearing the correct uniform for winter that is required and have continually been let down by this company. 10 days is 10 days too long when i have been watining for this jumper for 3 and a half months now.

I’m amazed by the bad reviews that some of have left and perhaps it is because the majority of happy but busy parents do not have the time to leave their positive experiences - of which I am one. When my son came to get fitted for his uniform, he was nervous but excited and we could not have had a better experience with the lovely warm staff AND I could not have been more impressed with the quality of the uniforms. All from a local South Australian owned company BUT did I write a review? No, I was way too time poor. However, 6 months later I returned to purchase a new jacket as my son had accidentally leant against a painted wall and we were unable to get all of it off. Hambours were amazing - not only did they try to get it off in various ways, when it was apparent that this was unlikely, they gave me a discount on a replacement. Their kindness and generosity meant that this time poor mum felt the need to pay it forward with a review. Thank you hambours. I’m confident that you are appreciated so much more than you will ever know.

My daughter had her fitting this morning and the staff were absolutely lovely. Very accommodating, didn't make me feel 'rushed' and worked with me to find the correct sizing for my little one. Thank you to both staff members! Look forward to coming back in the future.

As a small business owner I'm not sure people appreciate the damage they cause by leaving negative reviews. Small business feeds the economy and creates local jobs. We had an outstanding experience at Hambours with excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, good quality garments and helpful tips from staff.
