This is our go to company to sort out any computer/IT problems. They're great value and they're amazing computer geeks both of which anyone could ever ask for! Our job this time was taken care of by Jason and John in a very professional and timely manner that exceeded our expectations. Once again thank you cheap geeks...you live up to your name!

A well organized business. Punctual and thorough. The young man sent out to install my new computer was courteous, efficient and knew his stuff. I didn't have to do anything. The laptop I wanted was found for me at a reduced cost. The whole exercise was so easy. I am over the moon.

We had problem with an old PC that contained critical information on it. Called Cheap Geek and was assisted promptly over the phone and was able to get an appointment the next day. Angus arrived on time and had brought the parts with him to fix the machine ! - VERY IMPRESSED !!!!!. Not only did he fix the issue but he cleaned and serviced the computer. Excellent all round service will definitely use this service again.

Excellent service. Angus explained exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it; he did this in a way that an early 1960's vintage, that being me, could understand. A big thanks to John who came & saved my life. He retrieved everything on my laptop that I thought I’d lost forever & besides that he got me to sit beside him & double check all my files were complete before he left. Took a few hours but he gave me little tips along the way explaining things on my laptop that I’d never fully learnt before. Thanks heaps to u guys for the amazing job u do!

Unbelievable service, I called on Thursday before Easter at 8am my desktop computer had stopped working. James the technician came that same day at 4pm. New computer was installed, setup, all information and files transferred within one hour. Amazing, you will be my go to for It issues. Thanks.
