Prompt service from start to finish.Dealt with the lovely girls on the phone to make my booking.A detailed, lengthy free quote and explanation of works to be provided was given. A time slot allocated.The tradesmen rocked up on site on time, called prior to arriving. They were polite, friendly and clean.All works were provided exactly as quoted, and the aftercare was great. A follow up phone call was received to ask if I had any questions about the job.I acquired a total of 3 quotes for the work getting done. Sarros was the most prompt, well priced, and most polite of the lot by a long shot.In my honest opinion, I have been dealing with tradesmen and trade companies for over 35 years now as I run a large organisation with over 100 employees, Sarros has been the best I have dealt with.5/5 stars for all aspects.Thank you.

Sarros Electrical is the best company that I ever came across. First day 3 of Sarros team came to my house to replace the old wires which was exposed badly. It was a very old fibro house with asbestos and I was amaze how they proceed with this job without a complain. No fuss at all. Did a good job in wiring and lightings. Very professional and friendly. The job was thorough and clean. It was raining heavily and thunder, still nothing can stop Zach and Cameron from proceeding their job. It was 3 days job. Excellent customer service , fast respond and good communication. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Thumbs up for Zach and Cameron. You've done excellent job guys. Keep up. WOW What a great service. Submitted a quote in the morning, they were out the same afternoon to check it out.Installation locked in for the next day and they arrived at the time they said.Moo and Lauchy were amazingly fast, friendly and kept us up to date with everything they did. From my first enquiry with Reception to the completion of the works, I was super impressed. Very polite, prompt service. Matt did the electrical work and it was difficult as my unit was built in the 70's. Matt took pictures of the cabling and gave me very valuable feedback about work that will be required in the future .Would recommend this company without hesitation.
