Best frozen raspberry I've ever tasted. Literally felt like god had invented this drink and blessed it upon this BP. Please keep this drink and expand it as far as possible because I will definitely go out of my way in future to buy another 800 of these!!

Please stay away from Menulog and order via Ubereat if you need anything delivered from convenience store. I placed an order with Menulog and got delivered completely different items. I tried to contacted Menulog since I received the delivery. All they said is they can’t do anything. In the end, I have no option but to contact the store to seek helps if they are able to contact Menulog. They have helped me but unable to get it sorted with Menulog instead gave me the items I ordered. The store and the staff have not done anything wrong since it is the Menulog driver delivered the wrong item. But they are very kind to gave the items I ordered instore instead of me going back and fourth with Menulog with the issue. Excellent customer service!

The started closing the main door before 10:00 not why people wanna go in buy stuff around can’t get in if there only one working understandable but there was like 2 people so not why

Rude service. When system was not functioning properly there was absolutely no apologies or customer service. Have experienced rude service numerous times. No customer greeting or any kind of pleasantries.

Too small. Not enough range. Knock it down and build bigger servo with a wild bean cafe.-edit 5 months later: They have knocked it down, and have built a much bigger servo with wild bean cafe. Perfect.

Update: I can see a bit of willingness to change things, thank you.Petrol price always goes up first, while the other BP retailers keep it low for another week, then it goes down lastExample, this school holidays it's been 177.9 or so while all the other locations have it for 145.9.I live within 1km radius and you would think I fill up from there? Never.

The staff there are so incredibly rude. Wouldn’t go back there honestly even for fuel as they can’t even look at you while they serve you. They need new staff who have even a little people skills.

Middle aged female staff who stood outside the toilets on and around 4:20pm on Saturday 22 April 2023 needs to be fired.My mother filled up at the petrol station, whilst paying, she asked the staff across the counter if there is a toilet because my 90 year old grandmother needed to use the toilet urgently. The staff told mum that there is a public toilet.Mum went and moved her car from the petrol pump to the parking in front of the store, walked grand mother into the store towards the toilet, mum and grand mother was met with this rude female staff who told them that they could not use the toilets. Mum asked her why not? She responded that there is a “Wet Floor” sign which the sign was placed in front 1 of the 2 toilets which both are unisex.Right then and there, a man came out of the other toilet so mum proceed to guide grand mother into the other toilet when this female staff yelled at mum and told mum that she cannot use the toilet because she needs to clean it, mum said ok she will wait, the staff told mum she cannot wait, mum explained that grand mother who is over 90 could not hold it, the female staff continued her nonsense and wanted to argue when mum asked who was the manager and who she was which she never provided but then agreed to let mum and grandmother use the toilet.Mum went in with grandmother, used the bathroom, and upon unlocking the lock, this female staff pushed the door and opened the door and went on a rampage of insults and accused mum and grandmother for making a mess which was a complete lie.Mum felt discriminated against and in 2023 this should be taken seriously.I tried to complain to the store manager but staff are reluctant to provide manager’s details.This matter will be taken further with BP head office.
