Had a kitchen mixer tap replaced and mini stops installed. From booking to installation the whole process was really easy and efficient. Highly recommend. Customer service excellent. Friendly staff on phone and Plumber was great.

Telephone and plumbing service were friendly and efficient, and I was able to book an appointment 4 days in advance. Cost was reasonable and explained well. My shower taps were replaced immaculately and now work smoothly with no water leakage. I also appreciated the great communication from O’Shea Plumbing; I was given specific timeframes and contacted when earlier plumbing sessions were offered.

Had a leak from a broken pipe in the front garden. Daniel responded same day and fixed the issue in under 20mins. Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend O’Shea’s and if you get the opportunity request Daniel, you won’t be disappointed!!

Daniel came today to a blockage in our sewer pipe. He was friendly and efficient. He explained the procedure and quote very well and we went ahead straight away. He was careful bringing the equipment in and out of the house. After fixing the blockage he explained what the issue was and it's now flowing perfectly.We would not hesitate to recommend Daniel especially and O'Shea Plumbing to family and friends. O’Shea Plumbing provided such a great service and can’t recommend them enough. Spoke to Kerry Ann for our initial phone call and she was very helpful and professional. We had Jay come out to work on a blockage that was affecting ours and neighbouring units. He was professional, experienced & knowledgeable. After fixing the initial blockage, he further investigated the cause of the issue to ensure that we could get the plumbing issue properly fixed. He went above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough.

I originally engaged O’Shea Plumbing based on their reviews and I’m really glad that I did. The service was spot on as was the honest advice and punctuality. Andrew was fantastic and Jaisi, who is new to the company, is a real asset. The staff on the phone and in the office were friendly, polite and professional every time I dealt with them. I even spoke to one of the owners and received the exact same courtesy from him. I will definitely use again and recommend them to others. Had a water hammer issue at home. Received excellent service in organising a time for a plumber to visit. Adam was super friendly and took the time to explain the issues in a simple way, and also identified other works they could help out with. Dan came out a few days later to fix the problem. He was professional, friendly and explained clearly what he was going to do. The pressure valve works great and we haven't had any water hammer issues so far. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.
