Hayden is a legend! I called with a question, unrelated directly to arborist services (about wood), and he went above and beyond on his weekend to chat to me about my request, discussing my needs, suggesting a few alternatives etc.It was something he 100% didn’t need to do as I didn’t need his services, but he took the time, had a fantastic chat and was beyond helpful, knowing that he wouldn’t make a cent out of me not needing his services. Super kind and available. If I ever need arborist services, he’d be top of the list! A true local with knowledge and a professional.

Hayden Banks is very professional and has provided excellent and low cost service many times for me over the last two years. Recently he rescued my cat which was stranded 7 meters up on a very narrow branch, for which I am very grateful. I will always recommend Arbator Tree Services.

Hayden was very approachable with great communication. Although we had to wait a while to get the job started he did keep us well informed along the way. He also showed up when he said he would (unlike a lot of tradesmen these days). Did a great job in removing the tree and grinding the stump. We are very happy. Would definately use him again and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends.

Hayden responded promptly to my enquiry. He arrived at appointments on time, and the work was done when agreed. Arbator are professional, courteous, informative and the tree removals and stump grinding were very well done. Would definately recommend Arbator.
