Sent in my vehicle for a full respray - i cannot fault the workmanship carried out and would happily recommend Trev and his team to anyone after the same services.Great work! Very happy!

Worst panel shop in Victoria! gave them 2 jobs on my car. To painT front guard and rear bumper. The front guard was masked up instead of removing the trim. What was left was a dirty jaggard line running along the entire length of the guard. On the rear bumper they painted over a dent instead of repairing it, they lost the number plate spacers and screwed the plate directly to almost fresh paint leaving the entire outer edge with a visible scratch, file marks and sanding marks everywhere. I told him i wanted the best job possible and this is the rubbish i received and i paid top doller for it! Disgusting!

Great work by Trev and the team. Friendly and very easy to deal with. Dropped car in Friday morning to fix minor chips and car was ready by midday. Very professional work done at a reasonable price

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Did a factory standard repair on my car. Very happy. Highly recommend. Great communication. Trev himself is very friendly, down to earth, knows what he's talking about and the admin girls are so lovely. Lifetime guarantee on work and free loan car. Can't complain about 1 single thing. Job was done quick and they handled everything with the insurance company. If I need a repair done again (and hopefully I won't) I'll be sure to come back here and recommend to everyone else. The way in which my car was presented to me was disappointing. Looking at my car months on I still feel disappointment. These are the main things I wasn’t happy with.The colour matching to the rest of the car is too far out, painted panels still have dents, blemishes and overall inconsistency between panels. A panel was not installed correctly, water inside my car and on my passenger seat, the interior and engine bay was filthy. Trevs Autobody did take my car back and addressed some of this.The exterior of my pride and joy has needed work for some time. I was waiting to come across the right place in which I can trust with my car and know they’d do an amazing job.Someone I personally know had work done at Trevs, it looked amazing to me, all the reviews match this too. I was set on Trevs, only Trevs. I don’t live local my pride and joy is in Melbourne and I come down a few times a year. To keep it short it was three attempts to get me booked in during my trips down. A year apart from the first contact to my booking. Clearly I was 100% set on Trevs willing to wait a year. I really had full trust in them and high expectations.The day I dropped my car off was when I started feeling a different vibe. I observed a bit. I could see a very busy workplace, multiple queries happening at once, a break down in communication and clearly a big work load. What I observed and what was said to me that day took away some of my confidence. I wanted them to feel at ease letting them know I’m in no rush and that I could organise my car to be picked up at a later date if needed.When I went to pick up my car the work was briefly pointed out to me before being left alone. I went through my car writing down everything I was unhappy with. I politely went in to pay not saying a word about the job as I had matters to attend to at home and priceless time with my family. Returning home I continued inspecting and started to clean the mess. I gave up quick, I couldn’t bare to look at my car further.Its a few months on now and I’ve retuned to Melbourne. Looking at my car I’m really trying to focus on the positive that the exterior of my car is cleaner. It is, but the way in which my car was treated affected me and my day to day life at times. Their website highlights customers satisfaction, a personalised experience, quality, a low work load and repairs back to manufacturers specs. I did not experience any of this.

I had them respray my Nissan Patrol under warranty. They went above and beyond considering it was a warranty job and fixed minor dents and did my parts of my barwork too. Overall very happy with the work would use them for future work I need
