The skills and service are world class, the wife and I had a one stop hair & beauty upgrade for our anniversary. They even had a set of toys for our 3 year old - kept her busy the whole time!

Found this looking at other reviews for a place for a quick hair cut. All I needed was a quick buzz cut. Walked in off the street, greeted really nicely and they sorted out the cut. Sarah did a great job and the conversation was great. My wife said one of the best cuts I have had!

Can strongly recommend The Hair Shop. Michelle does a brilliant job every single time. The colour of my highlights is always spot on and beautifully blended. Friendly service and great Schwarzkopf product range. The salon's view and the chocolates that come with your coffee are a bonus!

Words can not describe the amazing experience I had with Rach and Katie.I had Rach do my hair, my mums and my sister in laws hair and Katie to our make up, we were in complete awe with how amazing they did with us but not only that, the service provided was above and beyond, these ladies made this day for me perfect. I’m not one to usually have my hair and make up done and the ladies listened to the ideas I had and blew me away with the end result, I couldn’t have been more happier and the people I had around me said that the service and the hair and make up that was done was beyond amazing, everyone was happy, to have this kind of experience with hair and make up on my wedding day made it perfect, the ladies went above and beyond for us and I couldn’t be more appreciative and grateful for these ladies and everything they did on my special day

Service was very unprofessisal. The hair dresser was late for my appointment, then made me wait longer while she had a cigarette. I asked for my extensions to be put back in and on the phone she quoted a completely lower price then what she charged me because she had to clean the tapes, when every other salon that I've been to includes this as the service. I even helped her clean the tapes and straightened my own hair yet she still charged me the full amount. I did not feel 'pampered' or like I was receiving any kind of professinal service as she complained about having to clean the tapes most of the time. Which were not even cleaned properly as my hair started to matte from the stickiness a couple days later. Very disappointed and not worth the money!!

Great service. Really friendly staff. They took really good care of me when I was feeling unwell. Would happily recommended to anyone. I have very fuzzy/curly/unruly hair but the ladies knew how to work with it and straighten it smooth.

No transparency in pricing, ripped me off for a blow dry. Paid 95 dollars, not what I was quoted. Moreover, Michelle gave me a terrible blow dry, fuzzy and has already gone curly. Ruined my day on holiday. I don't normally write reviews but please AVOID!!

Great with my son, helped him find a cut he liked and it looked great! Friendly staff and a nice space, will be back!
