Excellent service from purchase to delivery and installation of our new fridge. After a negative experience earlier in the year with a different retailer (new fridge that turned out to be faulty - took months to resolve after being fobbed off to the manufacturer), it was reassuring to hear that Betta Electrical would resolve any issues directly and promptly. Thank you Betta Electrical for providing honest service - we won't go anywhere else now.

Great service from Neville - willing to match prices and provide a reasonable quote for installation! The sales lady who attended to me was ok but when I called to check on the arrival of my bed base, she suddenly said the amount I paid was only for delivery and installation might be extra. That made me quite cross as I paid for both delivery and installation in the first instance. After checking with Neville, she said ok, the price I paid will be for installation as well - this experience took one star away. Delivery was very prompt with a live tracking link as well as a phone call prior to leaving the store. Ryan and his mate were very respectful of my place and brought the bed base and headed up into the ensuite with care and removed all packaging ensuring that the place remained as it was. I really appreciate the care they took with the items as well and for this, I recommend Betta Home Toowoomba.

Well that was easy! Bel was so helpful and the whole deal was done over the phone after I was emailed a quote. New fridge purchased in less than 30 minutes and delivery in 2 days. So pleased I could shop local and receive such efficient service… and the best price!

Best service and price. Daryl and Neville were so helpful with both my email enquiry and when I went in store for a new mattress. Everything was sorted in less than 20 minutes and delivery was easy and the old mattress taken away. The only minor issue is that Neville said the delivery guys would call or message when on their way but I didn't receive one.
