Had a lovely experience shopping at Kookai Paddington today. The staff there always go above and beyond in their customer service. I would like to personally thank Emma K for her exceptional customer engagement and was very genuine!

Very rude and incompetent staff. Store was practically empty and I waited at the counter. Made eye contact with a girl who worked there who was chatting to her friend. She just carried out. I stood there for about 5 mins and then politely asked if she worked there as I wasn't sure. She just responded yes, then continued chatting to her friend, before eventually coming over.

Excellent customer service. I didn't grab the lady's name but she was so helpful and dedicated her time and effort towards me and my mum. I found the perfect dress for my sisters hens!

I’ve just shopped at Kookai for the first time ever. I popped into this Paddington store to have a quick look and I left with 8 things.I spent over an hour trying different clothes with a toddler running around. Two lovely staff members, unfortunately I didn’t ask them for their names, helped me out and gave honest options making me feel very welcome with a little active baby girl. Thank you so much :) I will come back soon

Excellent customer service. Had a great experience here. Only thing is to not come up to customers asking to take their clothes to the changing room unless asked. Not a big deal just side advice..Will definitely recommend this one and keep shopping here
