Peter took my 14 year old Son under his wing and worked with him to help Ethan reach his fitness goals.Peter guided Ethan into a smarter way of training… into all over wellness with focus on bettering Ethan in both dance and basketball. He instilled a better mindset and a need for rest that will see longevity and injury minimisation as he has more awareness of his body. Ethan’s overall fitness has increased dramatically since training with Peters guidance and I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for Ethan.
