Do not stay here, no matter that the images online advertise as good" the room we got for $680+ looked like a bloody crack den. We refused to stay the night and went somewhere else. Tried getting a refund and the manager only refunded half the stay despite us not staying the 2 1/2 - 3 days I had booked. I wouldn't stay here if you genuinely want to stay somewhere decent

Absolutely horrible.. we literally handed the key back and checked in somewhere else. The place stunk to high heaven , heater didn't work, no blankets, mosquito squished to the wall...eeeeww. shouldn't have even been allowed to give it 1 star

Good value and all the rooms we have stayed in have been good for the price with space and everything we needed. It's not new by any means but looks like too many people in these reviews expect champagne on a beer budget.

My friend and I got to the apartment and there were stains everywhere, including on our sheets (they had not been changed) the dishes were left in the dishwasher and the glasses were stained. The shower head was extremely low and they also did not take out the rubbish from the previous tenants. Would not recommend at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!Right from check in the issues started. The hotel has 4 separate sites and only one reception so you have to check in at one place and depending on the location they assign you, walk another few blocks to it. The directions were a little vague as to how to get there.We had booked a one bedroom executive apartment 5 months prior and were surprised to find that the actual apartment was nothing like we had seen online. Our apartment had had some badly done cosmetic work but that was probably it in at least 50 years.Overall the whole apartment needed a good clean. There were 4 power points in the apartment and only one in the bedroom which the lamp plugs into.The so called self sufficient kitchen has minimal cookware (and no oven) which was dirty. The couch in the lounge room is hard as rocks so you really couldn't sit on it to watch TV for more than a few minutes. There's a very small table that was rickety. The shower is over a bath and had a small screen which meant the floor got wet. No tissues supplied. The cupboard below the basin was mouldy. There's only one bedside table in the bedroom and the bed was a double not a queen as advertised. It was however comfortable enough.The only good thing to this accommodation was the proximity to the MCG. It was roughly a ten minute walk.The cheap price was not worth it.

My parents and I stayed here overnight to relax before my appointment with my endocrine specialist tomorrow morning. PROs - Centrally located in East Melbourne, close by to tennis courts, Fitzroy Gardens, hospitals and shops. Spacious apartment style accommodation. A double bed and two single beds. Kitchenette, shower, toilet and small flat screen TV.CONs - Very old and dated decor. Doors don't close properly. Walls are dirty and grimey. No PowerPoints in bedroom.

Excellent stay with a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Not sure why this place has many bad reviews, it was honestly a very comfortable stay and had a neat large kitchen and living room and bath tub too! Staff were friendly on arrival and departure. It has parking spaces which is fantastic if you’re driving. I had a room facing the back which meant minimal noise. I would definitely come back here again and can recommend this place! If any negative I would say it was a bit dusty under and around the bed. But otherwise a nice apartment! In a convenient location

Don't waste your money. Very unpleasant welcome at the reception desk and the rooms are not clean with mold in the showers and on the carpet. broken fixtures and smells. Very happy to show you multiple rooms so you can pick the cleanest to stay in.... Charge you for checking in early even though the rooms are not clean. Only thing going for this place is the location.

good location with a tram and bus stop just around the corner. the room itself was pretty comfortable. not stand out customer service but they did hold our bags until check in which was appreciated. unfortunately thats where the positives end for me. upon checking in we did have to do a short walk to a seperate building to get to our room, having to walk up two flights of stairs with suitcases, but i can live with that. there was several rubbish bags outside our room. upon getting into the room we discovered it was not clean at all. the bin had not been emptied, the toilet seat had pee on it, there was dirty dishes, the dishwasher hadnt been emptied and the sheets on all three beds were stained. while the accommodation was of course very cheap, cleanliness should be the bare minimum and i shouldnt have to pay a premium price for a clean room. at the very least they did change the bed sheets to clean ones when asked. given we checked in an hour after the check in opened they had plenty of time to clean our room and the state our room was in was unacceptable.

Let's be honest, I wanted a budget-friendly place to stay for the Billy Joel concert and a girls' weekend in Melbourne, close to the MCG. Yes, it was cheaper than other places and at the same time clean! There was a lift, so no need to take the stairs with my sore knees (another PLUS). The hot water, water pressure and shower were excellent. Don't forget, it was CLEAN! There was a queen bed, a double bed, a couch/lounge, dining setting, small kitchen with microwave, air conditioning and wardrobe for clothes. The windows sealed well for sound proofing, although we could hear people coming and going in the hallway (to be expected). I would stay here again. THANK YOU!
